The hotel is really old and when things are old they don’t get really clean or they don’t really work anymore. It‘s not their fault because for the prices it’s obvious that they can’t renovate.

For the price it was definitely fair and okay. The hotel is located at a very good spot which I really enjoyed.

The mattress is not the most comfortable and the room is very simple, but it's a good option for just one or two nights. Also, I made sure I arrived before 8 PM because that's their limite for check-in, which might be an issue for some people.

The location is excellent, just a 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale. There are restaurants and bars close by and a supermarket as well. Staff was friendly and my room was clean.

The room, was not the greatest, and the shower had many issues leaking, and the door falling apart, that made the experience very uncomfortable, since the bathroom always had water on the floor. The staff was great and the location as well, very centric!

Staff and location were great property clean and plenty towels etc. Facilities - minor things toilet seat very loose and wobbly and shower head needed fixed as would not stay on fixing on wall.

Stayed with the family for one night. The hotel has a great location in a quiet and clean area, close to the metro. There are many good cafes nearby, including McDonald’s and a grocery store. The bed linen was clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. Excellent value for money. The reception is open 24/7. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. As for the downsides – poor sound insulation, a broken bathroom lock, and some mold in the shower. Overall, it’s a good budget hotel :) We’d be happy to stay again!

Felt overpriced considering the whole package. Room feels a little old and in need of a repaint.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check-in early as the room was already available and gave us tips about some places we wanted to go. Also the metro is nearby which is great.

There was no bath mat or soap provided, the bidet hose nozzle leaked, and the air conditioning remote was missing. And also the light coming in from the street could be helped by some better suited blinds.

This room needed a fix up, the bathroom has a leaking shower head and when use it water gushs out from every threaded connections on the hose. The door frame of the bathroom is missing a trim board on top. One bed side light and electric outlet is not working. The electric circuit breaker box is missing the cover so it is just open to the air, one will be caught with some loose cloth. Has a safe but was not working,was told by staff that they did n't how that works, guest should have known how, though.. Only has two bath towel for a two person two night stay, so we had to use it from head to tail.

Location is convenient, Bus 92 stop right down stairs outside the entrance of the building,and it stops at the Milano centrale trene station. Quiet at night. Cleaness is ok.

Upstairs was difficult with our luggage, but should have been expected. I definitely will look for ground floor stays when I travel with large bags again.

The owners and team were very gracious and helpful, even carried one of our 60 pound luggage up to the room on the 1st floor up. The location was within walking of dining and coffee and a hip hi-fi audio bar/lounge. The bed was comfortable also!

Wish they had complimentary water or coffee in the room and a water thermos heater so can easily heat water if needed.

Close to the Metro and accessible to the main Milan Centrale station and just 1 ride less than 5 minutes to the Duomo. Close to fast food area and a convenient store near by.

Building is old, interior and decorations are very old now. This property needs an overall renovation. Apart from this all good.

Hotel stuffs were very professional, supportive. Provided all the information also they are accessible 24*7. Property is located in a very good location, bus number 92 at door step to connect milan central railway station. Also metro stop is very near for M1, M2 connection.
