There was only a soap in the bathroom - It could also be some shampoo. At certain times, the building's elevator only operates for a fee (10 cents per ride). You'll need small coins.

We had a bit of a problem with the toilet seat, but I believe the owner is taking care of it.

Nice apartment in the back of the building, not noisy. Good mattress. Close to the port and Alibus. Coffee shop around the corner for breakfast. Owner checked in, if everything was okay.

Great location near a metro station, the ferries and taxis, old town and main sights are within 10-15 min walking distance. Host is super friendly and kind, and very helpful!

The service was really outstanding, the staff super friendly. Due to a problem with the water in the building, it wasn’t possible to accommodate us there. But the very nice and helpful staff (thanks again, Laura) reserved a room in a very nice 4 star hotel nearby and paid the price difference. I can’t imagine better service and would always book there again.

The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the unbeatable location! It was ideally situated close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. We were glad that the owner provided a kettle, cups, coffee and tea packets when requested but it should be standard.

Large, modern room with good storage space and livened up with art on the walls. Immaculate and with a large bathroom. Quiet and with good beds. The owner was extremely responsive, always within reach and clearly dedicated to customer service. Nice, safe building with a concierge and conveniently located next to public transport. Restaurants, cafes and stores all around.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stayed in Avio Suite. The flat is located in a nice area. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Also although we didn't meet Laura in person, she was always available for us and helped with all the questions we had. Highly recommend this accommodation and definitely will choose it again.

Responsive and nice host, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very modern and nicely furnished, room also had a kettle and a fridge. The room is on floor 3, but there’s a lift. Perfect location. Cleaner let me store my suitcase in the room before checkin while I waited for the room - very nice! :)

Usage of lift/elevator was for a fee of .10 euro from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30 pm. Sometimes access code for the main door to the lobby did not work. There was one night when I was stuck with a couple outside. Fortunately after a few minutes there was a resident who arrived who had a key access that bypassed the code entry.

The facility is a a condo hotel. Thus there was no staff to speak of. Host just instructed us on how to access the condo/hotel by giving us the entry codes for the main lobby door and access to the condo. However, the location while not the best in Naples, was close to the harbor and the meeting place for the hop on hop off tour bus. It was also near some attractions in Naples.

It would be nice to add Netflix and YouTube in the TV( since it’s already a smart tv so it’s kind of unfortunate) and since the room is big enough,maybe add a kitchenette to target more customers.

An introduction for online checkin was a bit late, and I had to submit documents at the cafe near the hotel. Towels are changed every three days, but more frequent may be better. (While cleaning can be every three days.)

The room was good and the staff was kind. Their introductions for the town was useful.
