You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Portopiccolo is an amazing place and the apartment gives you the best experience of it. It’s a must visit place in the world. The apartment has a great terrace with the best view to the sea and Portopiccolo, it’s comfortable and very cozy.

CanadaEmpty, a bit soulless. Apartment not well stocked- one wine glass, no floor mats in bathroom and both showers leaked onto the floor. Not enough sheets for bedding. No cover on extra duvet. No dishwasher tablet/detergent ( my let peeve when you stay somewhere fir rwo days).

ItalyThe apartment was let down by poor quality utensils, boring decor and mismatching plates cups and glasses. The barrier system for getting onto the site worked intermittently. The communication with the property managers was a disaster. The check-in instructions were unintelligible. We didn't receive the entry code or wifi instructions until we had arrived and had to ask for them. No-one responded to the telephone number we had been sent. The Portopicolo itself should be lovely but it lacks atmosphere due to the small number of people there. A large number of the apartments are for sale from new after 10 years in operation, given that the prices are ridiculously high.
This is a very nice apartment centraly located in the Porto Piccolo. The marina is beautifully built with very nice (expensive) facilities.

This review is really hard for me to write. Portopiccolo is a beautiful place that we have visited repeatedly. This time we were not satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was not clean enough, there was trash under the bedside table, the kettle was clogged with a lot of limescale, the blanket was dirty, we did not receive soap - only body lotion, the kitchen was insufficiently equipped. The baby bed was dirty and broken - after this experience we will never use a bed in accommodation again - only own. We asked for a high baby chair - they brought it to us the next day - disgustingly dirty and full of mold, which could SERIOUSLY endanger the health of our 10 month old baby! The apartment could be set to a maximum of 23 degrees - insufficient for a child, after the first day they unlocked the temperature to 24 degrees. The water was a maximum of 36 degrees, so it was not warm enough for me. Accommodation in this luxurious location was not cheap and that is why I am disappointed and horrified. I believe they will fix things but we will not be back. For the first time in 12 years of intensive travel, first time I do not recommend the accommodation.
