Unfortunately, there was a bathroom issue in our room, and we had to stay in a smaller room with an old bathroom for the first day. Nevertheless, they treated us with a free cocktail in a tarazza with great view!

Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Clean room with clean and nice linens. The renovated bathroom in our second room was spacious and amazing. Good, basic breakfast, plus they had pancakes. I would give a 9 if we had our room from the 1st day 😉

Being on the tourist strip it was quite noisy at night. Couldn't quite get the temperature right in the room.

Great location, right in the midst of restaurants, shopping and lots to see. A few steps to local sights. Walk to the train station. Room and bathroom clean.

Unfortunately was not as clean as we expected (one of the big towels was dirty, maybe not changed from them previous travellers so this bothered us a little) .

Everything were perfect. The location couldn't be better, next to the cathedral. The staff very friendly and polite, always willing to help. The room was very nice and warm. The breakfast basic but good enough for breakfast at an Italian hotel (at least there were eggs and cheese). I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay at Florence.

Hotel is in old town house. Small economy rooms. View in our case to backyard but maybe it is bonus and quite. Equipment in hotel is not luxury, none design. Is it average. But still cozy and clean. Only reception is show room. Bathroom was not possible well air circulate so little bit smell. Who knows, how it could look in the summer. Staff was nice. If we needed something and talked to them, they was familiar. Only our early check out breakfast bag they did not prepared for us to 6,50 a.m. although they promissed. At the end... For low price we paid it was good choice, clean place, good location and full breakfast at the morning.

Location is nice. In walk distance to all. One of biggest streets without trafic. Safety feeling. Well cleaned hotel, lift, surrounding of hotel. Important was for us included good standard breakfast. And it was nice. Choice of bread, pastries, jams, prosciuto, mortadela, parmigiano, akazing pickled wegetable, fresh fruits, cookies, musli, scrambled eggs, pancakes, youghurts, good offer of cafe and tea, all fresh. In dining room is all well organized. In whole hotel you can see nice paintings on the walls. Room service was well done. Bet was comfy. Aircondition. Hairdryer. Super towels. I felt good here.
