The location was fantastic, a safe part of the old city. Close by to many fantastic restaurants, cafes and a variety shopping options. The room we got was specious, clean and quiet. very comfortable for a couple. Best of all was Francesco, our host who made sure to be available and check with us if needed any help or recommendations. He was so nice and welcoming it felt like having a local friend in the city giving us the best advice according to our needs daily. When he met us with a great smile we knew we came to the right place. He is professional, thinks about all the details and truly cared about us having a greta experience. We would definitely come back to visit and we highly recommend it if you are visiting bologna which is awesome :)

Francesco was an excellent and thoughtful host. He was quick to respond to messages. The room was well appointed and had lots of drinks and snacks, including several bottles of water which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the windows blocked out noise well, and the shutters kept the room dark especially as the sun rises early. The location was convenient and all of Francesco's recommendations for food were delicious. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic location. Snacks & drinks free in our room. Very good AC. Very comfortable bed. Cheaper than most Acc in area, wasn’t a hotel just a few rooms. Francesco was so kind & amazing & messages us a few times to check in. Would highly recommend

This is hidden gem in Bologna 1000/10 point. The owner which is also a host is an amazing man ready to help with everything! Rooms are clear, well equipped- with extra snacks etc. Absolutely LOVELY PLACE- do not hesitate to book it for your stay in Bologna. Francesco thank you so much for arraigning my birthday dinner ! There are four rooms on a floor of a building just a few minutes outside the main tourist center of Bologna. We had the room with a separate private bathroom, which was not a significant inconvenience. Our room and the bathroom were both large, modern and extremely comfortable. Our room faced west and so we saw the sunset over the low roofs of the city. We also enjoyed being a little bit away from the tourist center, making it feel that we were in a neighborhood people lived in. What also made our stay even more enjoyable was Francesco, easily one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Francesco's place is in the perfect location - just a short stroll into the main plaza, restaurants, and shops, but tucked away into the neighborhood. Our room was clean and had snacks and beverages to welcome us. The room was quiet and the bathroom very roomy. There is a small cafe downstairs if you're in need of a quick breakfast or coffee before heading out. The best part for us though was our host, Francesco. The parking garage we would have used as guests was under construction so we needed to find precious street parking. But Francesco went above and beyond to make sure we had a spot secured, using his own car every afternoon while we were away to save us a spot when we returned. He was easy to reach and communicate all our needs with throughout our stay in Bologna.

We‘ve spent four nights in D‘Azeglio Luxury rooms. Francesco is a great and friendly host. The room was spacious, very well equipped and beautiful. The complimentary Mini bar and the snacks were generous. Francesco provided us with several recommendations for restaurants, gelaterie and activities. The building is some 5-10 minutes walking from the city centre, so it’s a great place to base yourself for a city trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna! Fun fact: we were in room 2, when you close the blinds, there are two tiny holes in it. You can discover the beginnings of photography, if you put a white sheet of paper close to it, you can see the outside upside down

Great location and comfortable beautiful rooms. But what made our stay special was Francesco. Francesco is the best host we have ever had. Professional, friendly and goes over and above to wow his guests. Our room was beautiful with 2 beautiful windows overlooking 2 parts of the city.

It was perfect. New rooms,close to train station by bus and walking distance to the city’s main attractions. The owner was very friendly and eager to suggest places to visit. Definitely recommended. Also it was very clean !

Beautiful and clean room and bathroom in a quiet and safe part of town. We walked everywhere with ease. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well with the blackout shade. Francesco couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, he even checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great time in Bologna. The room was stocked with snacks and water as well. Highly recommend!

The host, Francesco, was amazing! The bathroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The mini fridge was filled with water, soft drinks, beer, and a most delicious Prosecco. Francesco left snacks for us, made recommendations for activities, called taxis etc. We were near the end of a 3 week trip and our stay in Bologna was the best!

Francisco was exceptional! He did everything to make our stay exceptional. From restaurant recommendations to sightseeing and handy books. The room had snacks and drinks that was so welcome after a day of sightseeing. Bed pillows and linens were high quality.

A great place to stay and a fabulous location with cafés and local bars near by but close enough to all the wonderful restaurants Bologna has to offer. The room was immaculately clean and was very light and airy - great snacks and drinks too (all free!) Francesco was a great host recommending some great family run restaurants offering excellent local food! A fabulous stay
