Apartment is in a great location near central railway station, with good facilities, large bedroom and bathroom and a balcony with magnificent view. Alfonso was a welcoming host which made our stay very pleasant.

Big room, nice balcony with view of the valley of temples Located near the city center Friendly and helpful host. Good communication. Nice breakfast

Nothing related to the apartment but parking may be challenging on that road (but not impossible and there are options nearby).. Not a problem for me but no shampoo/soap was provided so be sure you bring your own

    Property response:

Dear guest, as you well know...and as you wrote...we have no parking problems....also...it's normal for us to provide soaps...not just shower soaps...but also underwear soaps...just open the bathroom door...I also told you...and when you have a question...just ask...thank you in any case for your 10...because it lets me know you had an excellent stay. Best regards

    The location is fine

The owner entering the room where we where away

    Property response:

Good morning, the owner never enters the guest rooms. The cleaning lady comes in to tidy up the room, and if she sees the air conditioning on, or any lights on, she obviously turns them off. It's not right to leave the air conditioning on all day without you being in the room. It's a safety issue. Turn off electrical appliances when you're not in the room. It also helps save energy. It should be me... th To complaining of you... because you went out... without turning off the air conditioning... (even though you knew... you should have turned it off...) and not you to complaining... that when you came back... you found it turned off.... Dear guest, a little good manners never hurt.

The location is excellent, and it is convenient to reach the temple, the city center and the beach. The landlord Alfonso is very welcoming and gave us a detailed introduction to the room and everything around it when we arrived. The breakfast is also great and you can enjoy it on the terrace.

The views were stunning. We could see the Temples of the Valley from our window. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and within a short drive to the temples. The host was very helpful and friendly with good suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Parking was easy to find and close to the accommodation. The mattress was super comfortable and ensured a great sleep. The value was super good.

    It was all good.

We hit the jackpot here! Exceptional room with coastal views. We could see the temples lit up at night. Very eclectic room with chandeliers and piano. Our host Alfonso was very accomodating and served us a delicious early breakfast since we had to leave for a tour.

The location was excellent - the centro storico was just round the corner, and there was free on street parking nearby. Lovely view from our room and the terrace across to the Valle dei Tempi. Its just a 10-15 minute drive to the Valle. Alfonso gave us all the information we needed and provided a good breakfast on the terrace.

The location in the historic center was perfect. We didn’t have to walk too far with our luggage. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and had a spectacular view. Alfonso was wonderful and helped us check in showed us where to go and gave great recommendations. Breakfast in the morning was perfect.

Unit was very nice. Very short walking distance to restaurants, and very not too far from the main site of Valley of the Temples. Host was very informative about sites in the area and provided good recommendations for visiting them. Host was very nice to provide a Sicilian breakfast.

Parking on the street can be tricky. I would definitely recommend a small rental car to get around if you have to drive. Elevator was small, but functional.

The view of the valley is stunning and the location is right next to the main street in the center (though right outside the Limited Traffic Zone, so we could park for free close to the entrance). The host helped us find a spot (we had to wait a few minutes - there's also a cheap parking lot nearby in case the street is full). Breakfast was tasty and filling (sweet and savory pastries, juice, jam, coffee/tea).

The bathroom, though private, was external to the room. To get to it, you have to pass in front of the door of another room (which has an internal bathroom). We only stayed one night and didn't have any awkward encounters with the neighbors, but still it's something that should be mentioned (as Booking has the option to say "private external bathroom").

    Property response:

Good morning, Dear Madam, I want to point out, for those reading that in fact the room you have chosen also has a lounge and a terrace in a single room... so it is very comfortable... and as you said you have not met with other guests... in any case I want to point out for those reading... that we have different types of rooms... The communication with Alfonso was excellent. He was very accommodating with an early check in and welcomed us very warmly. He provided us with lots of information and suggested the best entrance to park for the Valley of the Temples. He served a wonderful breakfast in our room with coffee, juice, yoghurts, and the most delicious pastries. We were on the 11th floor with beautiful views down to the Valley of the Temples, a couple of which were illuminated at night. The B and B is very close to the town and there is a covered and safe car park nearby at a cost of 8 euros a day. Alfonso is a great host.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay
