For the breakfast there was only one choice (croissant and coffee). Very early in the morning, there was loud drilling in the immediate vicinity.

We liked free parking in front of the facility. The room was nicely decorated.

First, the location. In strict historical center of Polignano a mare, walking distance from charming streets in old town, with a lot of shops and restaurants. Lama Monachile beach is 5 minutes walk away. Very polite and welcoming owner with his family, opened for all questions and recommendations. Breakfast in local bar 2 minutes walk away. Charming apartment, well equipped, with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was ok in a nearby coffee place – we had one coffee and one croissant each, nothing extraordinary.

Easy check in, comfortable room and spacious place with an outside space where we could put some clothes to dry. Clean and comfortable. The parking was in the street, but we didn't have trouble finding a spot nearby.

Easy to find and to get in. The room was fine and the beds was too. The breakfast was served in a café 300 meters away. The kitchen was shared with other guests. We liked the city and can recommend a boat trip to the caves.

Possibly the equipment, we only had one wine glass but just a message to Francesco and we had a second one delivered. No iron or kettle and then he delivered them. No toaster which was inconvenient.

Although not the place we thought we were getting, I think we got the best place in Polignano! Nothing like the pictures but so much better. We were kept fit by the 45 vertical stairs, a shock at first but loved them after a couple of days. Breakfast was a short stroll to a cafe which has the best coffee in town! Pasquale and Mara the owners were so friendly.

The apartment was very clean and large and in a great central, walkable location in Polignano a Mare. We were able to walk around town, to the beach and restaurants very easily in the cute city center. Francesco was easy to communicate with and met us promptly to show us free parking in town and helping us to unload the car. Everything in the apartment was great and as expected, no issues. Even though the apartment was on the ground floor with street access, it felt safe and secure, and was still quiet at night.

Bit of a confusing check in as the time on booking was 2pm, but the rooms weren't ready till 3 pm. Also the breakfast included is a bit disappointing as it is just a drink and a croissant basically and not a buffet or anything.

Everything was ok.

The room is extremely large and comfortable, everything clean and new. The photos do not do justice to how good the facilities are. The owner shared key information with us to enjoy the place and was very friendly at all times.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a two-level apartment instead of a standard room, and it had everything we could possibly need. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the Polignano a mare. The owner was incredibly kind and met us on-site, providing valuable insights about the local attractions worth visiting. Our stay at this place was very successful, and we highly recommend it.

Walls are made of ”paper”. You can hear ALL the noice from behind the wall. It was ok with earblugs.

We were amazed by the house. Nanny, the lady, took us to a different appartament which is 1min from Lama beach!! Everything was beyond our imagination. Will come back for sure!

Casa della Nonna was in a quiet area yet close enough to walk to great restaurants and the beach. The hosts are very welcoming and provided great tips for enhancing our stay. The breakfast vouchers for Cafe Chocolate were greatly appreciated, delicious caffe and cornetto. The garden area was so beautiful and the kitchen fully equipped. The place is obviously well cared for and loved.

Walking distance to town. Safe to walk. Not far, at the same time away from the crowds. Free parking just outside the apartment. Clean and you have privacy. Owners don’t live on the premises but checks on you for any needs. Both Breakfast and grocery is also not far from it. Dominico’s recommendations for restaurants and places to see were spot on. Recommend Locorotondo and glad we followed his advice. Thank you!

There wasn't any reception (phone signal) and the wifi didn't work very well, but if you just stepped outside you could get reception. All in all i very much recommend it.

Incredibly well located, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Everything was very clean and the owner was super nice. We were very comfortable and for sure would go back.
