Thank you very much for your excellent feedback. Regarding the negative comment about the difficulty you encountered in reaching us, we were truly sorry. As we discussed when you arrived, given that GPS devices can sometimes fail, at the time of booking, we send a message to all guests, including you, with photos of the Via dello Sport you must take to reach our property, to assist you. However, you didn't have a chance to see the photos at the time, and so you encountered some difficulty. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to further clarify this aspect for future guests. This will help ensure your review is not penalized for the location, which, in our opinion, is not the best way to reach a property, as this aspect is easily visible on Google Maps before booking. However, we believe the location is the perfect location for the property, and you loved it, as it's on a hill with a sea view.

Thank you for this exceptional feedback you provide us and the kind words towards us, you too have been a fantastic family for us, warm and friendly, it's a shame we were only there one day. Regarding the road that you take to reach our property, we cannot deny that from an architectural point of view it is not the best, but in any case the neighborhood and in any case as you say the stretch is relatively short, less than 1 km, but when you arrive at our place you breathe another air, thanks again.

Hello dear Thomas, we thank you for your feedback, but honestly we are disappointed, not only by the final evaluation which we would have expected a more rewarding vote than what we offered, given that in all the basic categories with the exception of position (where in fact you write it is good) you got them rated out of 10, but we are very surprised by the negative note on breakfast, the first ever since we opened this business, in this regard we believe it was a mere mistake, probably confusing us with some other structure, given that we remember it perfectly, you were amazed by everything we offer for breakfast. Every morning we offer many products, in great variety, quantity but above all quality. Sorry, but what was missing from our breakfast that you couldn't find? Or rather, what would you have preferred that we could have provided? We offer an international breakfast with sweet and savory products, including ham, salami, various types of local cheeses, as well as branded packaged ones, fresh local sheep's ricotta which is difficult to find around, yogurt, tomatoes, boiled eggs, cereals , many different types of fresh fruit, some from our land, 100% organic that you can't easily find around, butter, many types of dried fruit such as our almonds, the cake or tart of the day that you appreciated so much, lots of local pastries, the fresh jams, three types of vegetable milk such as soy, rice and oats, many different types of fruit juices, cappuccino coffee, fresh bread etc. etc. In life there is always room for improvement for goodness sake, we don't want to be present in saying that we offer an excellent breakfast which is one of our strong points, but we don't know what we could offer more than what we offer in terms of variety, quantity and freshness and genuineness.
