We had a little problem checking in because the door was not working but the staff have answered me really fast and solved the problem. Also they forgot the hygienic paper but that wasn’t a big problem. Mostly what I didn’t like is the long online procedure I think they should make it less time spending

The property is it a really nice position 5 min walk from the centre and the Main Street with the restaurants, room was really clean and quite modern

You can hear a lot from hallway, and even more from floor above. For two mornings this noise would wake me up at 7.30ish.

Outside of the building left a lot to be desired, but once you get inside it's just fine.

After you've explored the area, you will find that it's perfectly located for the site, transport links, restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast in external Café (which is close) is super small. Only one croissant, a coffee and a juice. That is not really a full breakfast.

No flexibility for late check out, no options to leave the luggage, poor breakfast, that was unexpectedly cancelled. Missing tea bags and soap in bathroom. No personal touch and highly complicated first entrance.

The room was nice, spacious, very clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the air condition worked well and there was also a mimi fridge in the room. The room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect, very close to plenty of restaurants and bars as well as main attractions of Cagliari, the train station is only a few minutes walk away - perfect location for exploring the city or making day trips within the region. Also there are many parking spaces available around the property - it was very easy to find a spot every day (the cost is 0,50 € any you only pay the parking fee on working days from 9:00 to 20:00, otherwise it's free of charge). The breakfast was served in a nearby bar (2 minutes walk from the property, classical Italian breakfast, coffee, brioche and juice, which was perfect for us) with very welcoming and friendly staff. There is no problem with a late check-in - we arrived around 21:30 - you get all the instructions sent to your phone and you can easily enter the property and do a self check-in. They even called me before our trip to make sure everything was clear. Very good value for the money!
