How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The bad was worn out and old , should be changed. Sheets also oldfashioned.
Nice, clean and comfortable room. Balcony with not a very good view . 15 minutes walking from center. Public parking was available. Quiet place. Value/money ok!

Nice place, super clean and comfortable, close to the heart of the town and major points of interest, just one night stay for us, but brilliant choice for transit. Host was super nice and kind, offered advices and guidance. Highly recommended!

In the 21st century to have such a bad internet connection, i.e. to have no internet connection and to convince me that wifi works perfectly is unacceptable.
The accommodation is located at the bus stop , a 10-15 minute walk from the center, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

During our last days the WiFi didn’t work, but the host was already taking care of the issue.
We stayed in several areas on the island, but this place was by far the cleanest and best maintained. It looks exactly like in the photos – everything is spotless, smells fresh, and the host is incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s also very easy to find free parking nearby. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we return to the area.

Bad linen. The light in the room is aweful !! Clearly overpriced !
Clean. Location in front of the bus station and restaurants. Double glazed windows for noise isolation. The kitchen, old style, well equipped, tea and coffee. Easy to check-in.

Located right next to a busy street and Bus stop. Very loud when you sleep in one of the rooms that face the street. Feels like you are sleeping on the street because you will hear every car and scooter...
Location is close to the airport has lots of restaurants close by. Rooms are clean and have modern bathrooms.

Easy check-in and check-out. Fast communication with the host. The room was clean and it smelled really good! The interior design of the accommodation was beautiful. Comfortable bed and convenient little fridge in the room. A walking distance from the centre.

The only issue was waking up to early to leave .. I think when you rent a room you should have at least 24h since we pay quite a lot

I have no complains
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all the local attractions. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, and everything was well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay! The cleanliness and location was top-notch. The room smells nice. Host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I asked for extra pillowcase and the host quickly brought it to us even at 12midnight. The location was perfect-bus stop is right in front of the bnb. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

It was spacious, clean and right beside the bus stop. Not right in town which we like but very close. We were leaving for a week and coming back again. We were able to leave our big bag there - very helpful, timely communication

It is an air bnb but not a hotel Very unprofessional A person who lives there opens the door for me and says he has no idea I should call this number And closes the door again This is not a hotel Location is also bad the window is right in front of the bus stop on the ground floor and you feel rather unsafe The walls are not soundproof at all So if you want to sleep you have to hope that everyone else is quiet Later I am called and asked why I didn't put a 2,50€ tax on the table Very very unprofessional Something like this should not be called a hotel
