What a great place, in such a convenient location with a very pleasant surprise of a garden there, as well. The place is kept spotless and up to date and we were made to feel very welcome, by the hostess Tamaki. Delicious breakfast. 4 beautiful cats.

Nice breakfast in the garden

The information provided before our stay, including directions, were perfect and in very clear English. When we arrived we were immediately struck by how beautiful their garden is, and how lovely the cats are. Our room was spacious, with air conditioned and a very well equipped bathroom.

We liked everything, however, this is someone’s house and they live here so don’t treat it like a generic hotel.

It was not in the touristy part which was great, not crowded and quiet. The hosts were nice.

I knew the breakfast would not be hot, but it was a bit lacking, so we just went out for breakfast.

Felt very welcomed. Helped with any questions I had about locations during my stay. We’re flexible with my schedule for room cleaning when the jet lag hit.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Closet wasn’t able to hang longer dresses.

We were looking for a quiet place with charm—and we found Andrea’s place with a pretty breakfast garden and happy cats playing. There was even a bathtub! It was close to the Fondamenta Nove boat stop for our trip back to the airport. Andrea and his wife were pleasant and helpful, and also gave us our space. The room and bathroom we rented are in his home and there was another couple also staying there but we felt very private. The communication about booking and other details was excellent.

I got lost on the way there because Google Maps wasn’t working well in the narrow alleys. I wish we had taken a boat to Fondamenta Nove with the luggage. The vaporetto boats weren’t on my Google Maps. If you get a two or three day boat pass, it’s very affordable.

Room was lovely with views of a canal. Host could not have been more helpful , he gave us great tips on transport and places to eat. Quieter area but only 10 minutes walk to main areas. The benefit of having a garden to eat breakfast al fresco was a treat. A fantastic place to stay .

The bed was a little too firm for me, but I appreciate that’s person preference.

The room was lovely with gondolas going past the window. They have a garden that you can sit in and relax. Property is 15 to 20 mins walk from St Marks square. Less than 10 mins walk from waterbus to Murano and Burano. Andrea and wife (sorry didn't catch your name) very helpful and 4 cats made it home from home. Thank you Andrea we'll be back in the future.

No faults it was perfect.

Great location near to transport options. Great local restaurants recommended by Andrea. Nice to sit outside for breakfast when it was sunny. Fabulous canal side room, spacious and comfortable

Location is great. Not too far from Castello and short walk to Water Bus. Hosts were very nice and the house is beautifully decorated with interesting history.

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! The b&b is excellently located, and the room is spacious and comfortable. Andrea was very friendly, and made checking in easy. He also provided us with some helpful recommendations. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with plenty of bread and fruit which is exactly what we were after!

Great location, 5 min walk from the water ferry from airport, yet close enough to all the sights. Canal right outside. Lovely hosts. Garden to sit out in if weather is fine.

Very friendly host, keen to help. We liked the location; it’s quiet and off the beaten path but we appreciated that (all the more so as Carnival was on and it’s good to be able to escape that when you want to do so)

Property was lovely, clean, had brilliant hosts and was in a great location. Easy to get to the centre of venice and the waterbus for the Murano/Burano and the airport

Perfect location away from the hustle and crowds but close enough to everything. Owners were lovely. Bed was super comfortable. And as an added bonus 4 beautiful cats, rarely seen if you have an aversion.

Quiet, good location, with super market few minutes away. Breakfast simple and nice. Andrea even prepared a breakfast box when we have to leave early the next morning.

Some Mosquitoes but not a big deal.

Took great care in looking after my in-laws for their stay. And suggesting local and they felt they had a geniune Venetian experience and a quiet haven in a busy city

Not able to get there by water taxi

The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything but in a quieter area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, and Andrea issues keys so you are able to come and go as you please. Breakfast was simple breads, fruit, cereal and some delicious cakes, but this was sufficient to start your day. Able to sit in the garden outside for breakfast.

Very minor, but it would have been nice to have a couple of coat hooks in the room, and we were woken up by the noise from late arriving guests on one occasion. Not sure how this could be addressed though.

We really loved our stay at B&B allo squero. The room is nice and well equipped, and our host was super kind and helpful with recommendations. The location is also great. One of the rare places in Venice with a nice garden, and a delicious breakfast!

Everything was great

Very cute b&b in a quite neighbourhood within walking distance to local attractions. Very spacious room with large bathroom. Host was very friendly and helpful, they have us great location recommendations. Even the cats were very friendly. We enjoyed the quietness of our stay, very relaxing. They even went extra mile by preparing breakfast bag for our very early ferry ride. Highly recommended and we would surely stay again.

It would be great if there is an extractor fan in the bathroom as it could be very humid, as we were scared of mosquito coming in, so we didn't open the window.
