Hosts very nice and helpful, walking distance from the city centre, breakfast very good and with plenty of choice.

We had such a lovely time at this property in Villasimius! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and well-maintained — everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. What really stood out, though, were the hosts. They were so warm, welcoming, and friendly from the very beginning, which made us feel at home right away. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, and you can really feel that the place is cared for with love. It’s the kind of stay where everything just works — from check-in to cleanliness to helpful recommendations. We truly enjoyed every moment here and are already thinking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and heartwarming Sardinian escape!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms are gorgeous, the bed spacious and very comfortable. The hosts are so kind and it was a pleasure to chat with them during our breakfast. Also breakfast is absolutely delicious, they really look after their guests ! Thank you ! Alessandra and Jonathan

Location is next to the center and many food options around. The room was spacious, with a small balcony and little fridge inside, breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and the property owners are very nice and lovely people. Short drive away there are several beautiful beaches to visit.

From the 3 properties we stayed in Sardinia, this was the only one where the room wasn’t cleaned daily and where there was no self check-in, and it was also the most expensive one - hence the score.

Everything! I stayed in 3 different accommodations during my stay in Sardinia and this was by far the best (and cheapest!) 5-star hotel service in a family run, authentic B&B (part of the host's house). The host waited past 9pm to check us in. The room and bathroom were clean and styled incredibly tastefully. The balcony is really cute and even had blackout curtains. The host paid attention to every detail and it shows. The breakfasts were really good - again, a lot of attention to detail and served with kindness and a smile. We had to leave at 5:30 am to catch our flight and the host even brought us a large tray packed with breakfast foods the evening before. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Lovely stay. Clean and comfy room with a bathroom. There was a lot of parking space at the street nearby. Breakfast was delicious and host was so nice. To the main street of Villasimius was like 6min by walk. WiFi works perfectly and there was a coffee machine in the room.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming! They didn't speak much english but we managed. we asked about wineries around and they gave us a few great recomendations. The room was perfect! very clean and cosy, the bathroom and shower felt completely new, and the balcony was beautiful! the breakfast was so nice to have in front of a beautiful view of sardegnia and was much more than we expected (great cheeses and preschuto, fruit, eggs, croissants, jams, yogurts, and amazing coffee). The room was 5 minutes walf from the main road with all the restaurants and stores so it was both quiete and secluded yet convinient., and about 10-15 minute walk to the beach (spiaggia di ls traias) was absolutely geourgous. Thank you so much!

the bed was not the most comfortable but for one-two nights it was just fine.

Sabrina and Stefano made our stay very comfortable. The facilities are new, very very clean and very well-kept. Renewable energy with solar panels included. The breakfast is delicious and Sabrina prepares every day a cake that is superb. Very warm atmosphere and very friendly hosts. Very good quality/cost ratio and location very convenient for excursions or going to the closest beaches. Both of them were extremely helpful in providing information on activities, places to visit, restaurants and not only. They also provide leaflets for possible activities that the guests can take into account. The B&B has parking spaces just outside the facility. Highly recommended and hopefully we will stay again there once we are in the area. Thank you again for the amazing stay in your B&B Sabrina and Stefano and keep up the amazing work!

Beautiful and comfortable rooms in an ideal location (5 minutes' walk from the main street of Villasimius). Excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of products. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Everything was perfect: clean and cosy rooms, comfortable beds, nice decoration, good breakfast, calm area 5 min away from the center with cafes and restaurants, 10 min drive from the beach. We loved it.

Great base for a couple of nights. Really friendly hosts, who stayed up late to check us in as our flights were delayed. If you don't speak any Italian, you might need Google translate. Nice view from the balcony and a nice (but hot) 40 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was amazing

Nice room, Large bathroom, Large balcony (nice for long warm nights), great breakfast, friendly hosts, free parking. On the outskirts of town but no problem walking to the main Square and the pedestrianized zone in the evening. Easy access to all the wonderful beaches.

Very very nice place to stay. Very helpful and friendly family, good quiet location for good sleep, breakfast was amazing - big variety of things to eat. Very clean and tidy. Cute rooms. They really put in an effort to make the stay as good as possible. We had a mountain view- beautiful. Great B&B! Highly recommend this place!
