Was very. Center

Location is very good. Ortigia market was across the street, every beach in old town was on 10 min walk from it.

Our room was away from the router, so in some part of the room for bathroom - wi fi signal was perfect, but when you are lay on the bed it's weak. Also fridge was outside our room and you have to share it with others. I can understand that there is no kitchen in the room, but we didn't had cutlery as well so you need to eat everything outside in the restauraunts/street.

The room was very big and clean. The location was perfect. The public parking was affordable and very close.

The check in was not smooth. The front lady just speaks Italian.

Great location and nice spacious room. Host is welcoming and helpful.

Bathroom was blocked and in a loft room meant natural light was minimal.

Great location

Compared to every place we have stayed at while travelling. There was no fridge, no coffee tea station. Unable to make our own breakfast. This is only a hotel room with nothing provided, not a bed and breakfast.

Spacious rooms with large bathroom and everything is like new. Sheets and towels are nice and clean. Location is great

No elevator you have to climb 3 flights of floors each were about 12 steps a killer for my mother and killer for my back to carry the luggages. The lights only turns on for one minute on the entrance to the stairs so at nights or day it turns off while my mother was only halfway on the stairs. I had to climbed up in the dark to turn the lights on to get in and out of the building. It's not safe one can trip to get in not able to see. I would not come back for this reason. Key picked up is in a separate building without any noticed from Apollo did not reach me to inform me of this situation. have to asked the neighborhood to lead me to their main building on the next block. They need to put their sign on the door and phone number so I didn't have to asked the neighborhood. I would be in trouble if we (90 year old mother and my aunt) arrived at night( I arrived at 2pm) nobody was there to greet me.its awful I have to wonder around the address was 13 via Trento I have to get the key on the next block.

Great location. Close to open market, restaurants and parking. Both bedroom & bathroom are quite large...

The old stairways leading to the apartment needs urgent restoration and attention . The block is very old and without lift. Evidently this is a historic building.
