Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had trouble finding the house further down the street where the keybox was located. The keys inside didn't match the description either so we weren't confident we had the correct keys. The bedrooms are beautiful but cold, the beds were very comfortable but I had to use bedding from other unused beds to keep warm enough. The bathroom was cold as well and had a very small shower, you wouldn't need to be overweight. Our main dislike was lack of proper access to the toilet at night. To get to it You had to either go through the other two bedrooms or go out onto the landing through one door, back in through the main door and then through a bedroom. Not great as I was sharing with another couple. We all had visions of being stuck, getting cold on the landing locked out of the apartment in the middle of the night. Unfortunately we didn't notice this until we came home to go to bed. The Kitchen wasn't very well stocked and the Bathroom led off it. The Food that was left out for breakfast didn't look very appealing and only one person was hungry enough to try it, we ate out instead. There was no parking available on the street. Luckily we had parked in the free parking area outside the old city walls and walked in with our luggage. Not too far and only a slight hill.
The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely old building on a narrow street in the old town, just on the edge of the shopping area. A few minutes walk and you're in the heart of town or by the harbour. Great location for exploring Brindisi and the surrounding area.

United KingdomThe shower was difficult to get in and out of and we could have done with a few more pillows. Decor is a little dated and probably needs a freshen up.
Perfect location close to the centre and near the railway station. A very large apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Good sized bedrooms towels supplied and breakfast goodies including tea and coffee. Owner very helpful arranging a taxi for us to the airport us and a very good price.

GermanyGood location, not far from ferry port and close to shops and restaurants. The streets look amazing by night. Super spacious (almost a bit too big), clean bathroom and decent kitchen. The host is super responsive and check in was a breeze. Working aircon!

AustraliaThe tiniest shower closet, with limited hot water. Though apartment dark, this kept it cool, and opening shutters or switching on chandeliers improved this.
Close to train station and all facilities. Grande spacious apartment, family could have filled. Beautiful tiled floors and not one but three proper balconies.

IrelandLaundry room could be cleaned up a bit. Unused items like some pieces of furniture and boxes need to be removed. Bathroom and Kitchen could be updated.
I loved my apartment. Breakfast was lovely. Location was Fabulous. Our Host was Exceptional. He went above and beyond regarding anything we needed. I'd recommend staying at Dimora Apulia, as it is very spacious, comfortable and the apartment itself is an authentic Italian building.

IrelandUnfurnished living room with Only a sofa bed. Very small kitchen and way too small shower. Sparsely equipped in the kitchen. The two double rooms are interconnected which was fine for us but may not suit everyone.

TurkeyI'm confused about this place. You have a big apartment of your own, but I felt unsafe because there is an unlocked door opening to the terrace in the kitchen area. We didn't have any problems, but I was restless at night. The building is architecturally beautiful, but I wish the furnishings could be refurbished a bit (beds, curtains, room locks, door windows, bathroom). The sheets and the room in general were clean. We never met the host, we just texted. We got the key from a lock box up ahead and it was fine.

United KingdomIt was very noisy at night you could hear everything outside so made it difficult to sleep, I had some sound cancelling earphones so used them to get a good nights sleep. The back door doesn’t lock (where the cleaning stuff is) but we assumed that it is safe to be like this and it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. My bed linen was dirty (make up marks on my pillow) some hairs on bedding. The shower did not appear very clean it had black mould on the doors etc and was very difficult to open and close doors, it was also broke the shower head kept falling down so I had to crouch to shower but don’t let this put you off I’d stay there again, based on price it is amazing price wise
the property is in a great location, the gentleman who answers the phone speaks very good English and is very helpful. The lady who does check in is very happy, enthusiastic and smiley. The balconies are beautiful and there’s 4! The place is very spacious & very beautifully authentic to Italy. Short walk to the train station, short walk to the harbour. Most of the property was very clean.

SwedenThe apartment felt a bit impersonal, with older furniture and limited atmosphere. The photos gave a more positive impression than what we experienced in person. The furnishings appeared somewhat mismatched, as if assembled without a clear overall concept. There was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. In the kitchen, there is a staircase leading to the apartment above, currently covered with plywood. Sounds from the upstairs neighbor were quite audible, which made the space feel a bit less private and secure. The shower was quite small — fine for a person of average size, but anyone larger may find it difficult to move comfortably. Communication with the host could have been better. The instructions for locating the key were unclear, and I ended up having to call him for assistance.
The location was quite good — centrally situated with quick access to the main street. Parking on the street was easy to find, although it was a Sunday, which may have made it less busy than usual.
