The B&B is situated in the heart of Ballaro Market, but once you step through the door, you enter a different world. Clean and spacious apartment on the top floor, with all amenities. Great views from the windows and balcony. Breakfast on an open terrace with a view of the city roofs was a special treat. Very welcoming host. Air conditioning works well and cools the apartment in just 10 minutes.

Rossi and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful in everything even helping to change our taxi time... There b&b is extremely clean and in a quiet area. Views from all aspects of the property are stunning. Easy to walk into the old town and to the harbour. Would stay again with no hesitation...

The accommodation is at very busy street with local markets. Some might find it too busy, but it was jot a problem for us :)

Keep an open mind on arrival, the front door is at one end of the Balero market and not too easy to find. The apartment is through a winding corridor and up 6 flights- Use the elevator for an added experience of post-war engineering! There were an eclectic mix of characters hanging around but actually we found Palermo to be safe and really easy to navigate on foot.

Nice clean room with fabulous view over Palermo rooftops. We loved the Loo with a View! And the bustling market below. Rosario our host was very chatty and gave us loads of tips for seeing the city in the short time we had. Really close (7 mins) to the main station in Palermo, and central to all tourist areas.

The location was fantastic. Less than ten mins walk from main train station and smack bang in the middle of a super atmospheric street market and right beside a major restaurant and bar street, just great. Major sights all in walking distance and the apartment itself was great . Very clean, very comfortable bed. Amazing value. What more could you want. The hosts who are lovely live right next door so any issues they are readily available. I highly recommend it

A bit cold this time of year, but the a/c in the room warms everything up quickly.

Great place to stay in Palermo, very central and close to everything. Just a few minutes walk to the train and bus station, and pretty much every attraction is close and within walking range. Even the Capuchin catacombs (about 30 min walk away). My room (number 4) was beautiful with a modern bathroom (with lovely tiles) and a fantastic view! The view from this place is fantastic in general! Amazing seeing the city and marked below wake up every morning when eating breakfast on the balcony and during sunset when the sky explodes in a million different colors. I had breakfast included and it was great with lots of different items. I especially loved the cornetto with pistachio. Rosario is a great host that takes good care of his guests. I wouldnt hesitate to come back when I return to Palermo.

A wonderful attic with a balcony showing an astonishing view of Palermo. Rosario e Caterina were very kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and Sicily in general. The room with the private bathroom was big, clean and well designed. everything was stylistically coherent and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back! Ballarattik will surely be our choice for every next travel to Palermo, thank you so much!

The guitar in the reception area is a nice decoration, but it obviously invites "night owls" to play to the sounds from it in the middle of the night :)

It's a good feeling when you enter a nicely decorated apartment from the chaos of the streets of Palermo. The host took some time to give us suggestions on what to visit, eat, etc... Breakfast is an "event" you shouldn't miss :)

A nice and cozy accommodation with a beautiful view over old Palermo churches and old building. Location near old market place with different cultures, google it. Hosts were very kind and responsible to our questions and needs. Be prepared for a typical Italian breakfast 😍. Every recommendation from our side.

Great place and location and spectacular view from the terrace. Breakfast was not only delicious, but the view vaw making it perfect. The room was clean , the bed - conformable, and the location ideal! Ros was a great host, told us a lot about Palermo, and answered all questions. We followed all his advice about places to eat or visit in the city of Palermo but also in Cefalu ! We highly recommend this place !

It could be a little bit noisy sometimes because the market downstairs starts working very early. But I was prepared and took earplugs.

We had a really grate breakfast served by the friendly host Rosario. It was tasty food and spectacular views every morning. The room pretty plain, but we had everything what we needed.

The owner was great, welcomed us with a cold drink and local knowledge ;-) property is very close to the market so a great food for breakfast. It looks a bit scary but perfectly safe.

The neighborhood of the outdoor market gets very loud for much of the day and into the evening.

Rosario and Katarina are a bright, switched-on couple who share a wealth of information about the culture and history of both Palermo and Sicily. My wife and I found it a pleasure to get to know them. Their B & B is set in a chaotic multicultural neighborhood from which the sixth-floor rooms provide a secure refuge featuring a superb view
