We had bad luck, because there was a city festival during our stay. There was no place to park whatsoever. We were informed by the local traffic staff that there would be a place after 1-2 hours when the procession was over, but after 4 hours we still had to park a car very far away from the building.

We have stayed for one night. Building located in the city center. Very clean and spacious rooms. There was a washing machine available and a common space with kitchenware.

we had a fabulous room with a balcony with a great vista. Room was really large and super confortable. Breakfast was at the cafe around the corner and was just a croisant and coffee, but very lovely.

Lovely property, on the hill overlooking the sea. All the staff were very friendly, we were upgraded to a spacious room with a sea view. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds, air conditioning and it was cleaned daily. We enjoyed daily Italian breakfast served in a nearby caffe on the square.

Fantastic accommodation, everything what we needed. Unfortunately stayed over night but can imagine stay for week. Room was spacious, clean with sea view. Italian styles breakfast served in nearby cafe, savoury option as well. Staff are great, available if needed. We had a late arrival than expected and communication was top.

The music from the street below was very loud. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor but the terrace , table and chairs were not clean. The bathroom window lead to a inside corridor with food smell from the restaurant below. So we couldn’t really open the window. The other window to this outside corridor was next to the bed and it was extremely full of birds excrements. We traveled with our dog and gave her dog food for the night, in the morning there were a million of small ants eating her food. Not a problem for us, we just throw everything in the trash but if people decide to leave any fruit on table - then is another thing. We informed reception about the ants but they seems to not thing that this is a problem and said that they have come to the room because of the dog food. Anyway they offer to give us refund for the turist tax (6eur) for the trouble with the ants.

Amazing view from the 3rd floor. Very big terrace with table and chairs. Good for one night stay. Very big room as well. Double bed and two single ones. Also a sofa / siting area. Price was very good for one night. The personal was helpful and welcoming. We were also able to park the car closed by. Elevator available in the building. There was also a common kitchen area for guests.

The beds weren't separated to 2 single beds as I requested. They then went to separate them right as we checked in instead of waiting until we went out for the afternoon so had to wait until they finished to enter the room. Then when we checked out the next day, we went for breakfast where they send you to the close local bar - by the time we got back, with still 90mins before check out and the beds had been completely stripped already. I have NEVER seen this and this should NEVER happen until we check out. They moved our stuff off the bed to strip them. What if we wanted to lay down a little longer or sit on our beds? Unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place purely on this basis. Terrible hospitatily.

The location was great if you don't want to stay right in Cefalu. it's in a quiet, clean and small village. The receptionist who greeted us and who was in contact with us before was really lovely and helpful.

I paid alot of money, charged way too much .There were things that were printed that they were included but we're actually not there. Example, no iron or coffee maker in the room or replenish of basic toiletries as printed. Did not receive such a warm welcome for our included breakfast at Bar Roccella.
