Everything was perfect! Do not think twice before booking it :)) The Room was so convenient, we even had a safe and a small fridge. There was a desk, so if you wanted to, you could work.

Great location, beautiful, modern and comfortable room and bathroom.

Long staircase to 1st floor could be too much for some visitors

I had a wonderful stay at this location in Rome! The place is perfectly situated, just steps away from the Vatican and within walking distance to many other major attractions. The accommodation is very charming, clean, and welcoming. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Comfortable, great staff. Very accommodating. It is Near the Vatican walking distance, great parking in Lot across street. Great restaurant and Staff-Taverna Lino nearby up the corner. A wonderful bakery the block called Love - Specialty Croissants Many places that are close to Vatican Charming Rooms that make it the perfect place to stay in Rome!

very cool place, nice people and great location

This place is like something out of a fairy tale! Very clean, cozy and pleasant! The hostess is number 1. We had a slight problem, she helped us with everything, she was interested in what was going on and wrote to us all the time! I recommend it to everyone. 3-4 minutes walk from the Vatican.

The location was great. Lots of buses and about a5 minute walk to the metro. We were very happy with everything. The owner kindly left us some orange juice and oat milk in the fridge and there was a Nespresso coffee machine. We were in Rome to celebrate a friend’s birthday and so we didn’t use the kitchen apart from to make a morning coffee. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Interior design & details, very chic, location

The location was perfect as it is just steps away from Vatican City and also close to a subway stop for ease of getting around the city of Rome. The accommodation was clean, neat and very nicely appointed with all you need for your stay. Host met us on arrival and arranged for a taxi to the airport when our stay was done. Would definitely recommend this place as a great place with a great location!

Right next to the Vatican

Very clean, best location for visiting Rome, a few minutes walking to Vatican and public transport on walking distance. We knew that they do not serve breakfast. But in the kitchen is everything available for a small breakfast

Nothing

The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, with clean bathroom and s good shower and hot water. There is no noise from the street, and the street is quiet and safe at night. The location is close to the Vatican, we visited most of the sights on foot, but the metro station is also nearby. The host is available all the time and responds quickly to messages and all inquiries. The accommodation is equipped with a common kitchen, with tea, coffee, breakfast items (butter, toast, coffee, tea, muffin). We felt Like at home, and our stay was made especially beautiful by the wonderful hosts, and we thank them for the coffee and company before leaving for the plane. All recommendations for this accommodation. We will come back again.

Even though we had to enter quite late, we were able to enter without any problems and the owners did not charge any extra fees for this. This was very nice.

When we first checked in, the bed sheets seemed like they hadn't been changed. In fact, I don't think they had been changed. There were hairs and body hairs on the bed and pillows, "probably" from previous guests. When we told the owner, they immediately changed them with clean sheets the same day. We were very pleased with this speed and service.

I definitely would recommend this nice B&B. The owners are very helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable from the first second. The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very lovingly furnished. I'll definitely come back. Thanks for the nice stay.

Very nice landlord to let us do early check in. There are plenty snacks in the shared kitchen that we can all enjoy. Very comfortable staying
