We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

RomaniaIt was dirty, I found hair on the bed, the sheets i don t think they were changed for a while, dirty towels, dirty walls, lamps without bulbs, I was disgusted by the filthy aspect. The man from the phone that probably is owning the place was available at the beginning, then if you started to say smth that you don t like, didn t answer any more. Very very unprofessional.
The matress was pretty confortable. It was close to Stazione Centrale. And i was tired and slept well, after I closed the door from the balcony and locked the door from my room. Thank God it was only one night, from 22.30 to 7!

SpainLet's see, honestly I was not in this apartment because they were supposedly painting it (when I reserved the room a month in advance) and when I arrived they put me in a worse and cheaper place with the area looking much worse. My 5 days in the end were in the other hostel and I claimed compensation for changing the apartment to a worse and cheaper place and for now nothing.Supposedly it was being managed but just today I finished my stay and he stopped responding to me. I am an Erasmus person and I know people from Naples whose friends have rented rooms from this same person and more or less the same thing has happened to them as me. For now I would think about it, at least until I receive a response regarding my compensation for the change without warning and to a much worse area.And honestly I can't say anything about the Caraty B&B apartment because I literally haven't even set foot on it, it was 5 days in Naples and from minute one to the last it was on the wrong floor.I hope it helps you.

PolandThe shower didnt have the showerhead so washing felt like a shower before going to a drug addict facility, there was supposed to be wi-fi, surprise surprise- it didn’t work. The outlets were hella unsafe- at first the electricity didn’t work, then it started working, but it burned my powerbank. So we ended up traveling with almost 0 battery. After continuous texting with the owner and bustling them with phone calls we’ve gotten a refund for buying extra internet and broken powerbank but still paying for this stay felt like a daylight robbery.

Nothing, this listing is fraudulent. There was no one even working at this "hotel". No one ever showed up to let me check in. I am not even convinced that this is even somewhere safe for ANYONE to sleep. I called the owner multiple times (before and after the check in time) and he was very aggressive on the phone. At 11:45, the first time I called, I asked if I could please just come in to drop off my bags inside. He said no. Then I called back, after standing outside in 30° weather with all of my bags, to try and check in. He kept repeating that check in was at 12. It was 12:15 when I called. The door was locked and remained that way. No one ever showed up to even attempt for me to check in. I did not even end up staying at this hotel because I did not feel safe. (And because there were no employees) Absolutely do not stay here. You are better off sleeping at the train station.

HungaryThere was no Hair dryer , no WiFi , no toilet paper no soap. Besides everything was so dirty , the bed sheets not clean at all , the bed was not even comfortable , we struggled a lot at that property , I don’t recommend at all , don’t spend your money 👍
The only good thing was that the hostel located 5min walk to the Train station , other than that nothing is good , don’t spend money for this property

HungaryWe knew there won’t be AC but at least a fan would be good because it was burning hot in the room. The bathroom is outside and all the 3-4 room is using it so you have to wait for the others. The room is really small, there is no shelf to put your belongings but for 1 night it wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The location is good because it is near to the train station but the neighbourhood isn’t the best.

ColombiaThe place was dirty, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was a dental plate in the bedside table. The bathroom was flooded with water and the lights didn’t work properly. They don’t even have a fan and the place smells like cigarettes. Streets around this place are plagued of homeless people. We had to book another place because it is impossible to stay there

United KingdomEverything IT IS A SCAM doors don’t lock really unsafe area balcony door connects to another room that’s unlocked and balcony door don’t close toilet doesn’t have a toilet seat rooms were filthy and a rat walked through the open balcony door couldn’t stay the night as I felt so unsafe and disgusted so had to find another place to stay there were open broken electrical sockets and no plug sockets in the rooms worst experience I’ve ever had they show pictures of a really nice room but then stick you in something worse than a third world country
