A beautifully designed place, clearly created with care and the guest in mind. The whole team feels like a welcoming family, truly attentive to your comfort and experience. Conveniently located for exploring northern Sardinia. The grounds are stunning, with breathtaking sunset views. It was hard to leave such a special place.

None - everything was great! May be the ventillation in the room could be more efficient as we often had humidity in the room, but this did not really bother our stay, and in any case the owners are continuously making the place better and better so by this time, it may have been already fixed :)

Excellent and beautiful location, amazing view, very friendly owners and staff, comfortable and big room, amazing breakfast, amazing dinner menu, listening to all our needs, questions. It felt like a very human place, where we were not just ‘tourists’ but we felt really very welcome - it felt very different from other accommodations! We really loved our stay there!

Breakfast, the lunch they can pack for you, and the dinner they serve at night are all top notch meals, super delicious. Highlight was the local food breakfast with eggs from the chicken coop on the farm and ricotta with honey on toast. If you eat all your meals there you wont regret it.

We spent time chatting with the owner, Alberto. He was extremely welcoming, helpful, communicative, and open to sharing how NUALI came about. The breakfast is lovely. It sets the tone for the day when you’re well fed. The rooms are spacious, modern and love the fact that details were eco-minded/sustainability message comes through strongly. I would say it’s more of an upscale version of the agriturismos that abound on the island. They serve an aperativo in the evening (Alberto’s son is the chef). Much of the ingredients are sourced off their property and they care very much about sourcing organic from other local producers if they can’t themselves. It’s located very close to town so easy to get around. You get the tranquility of being in the interior while having easy access to the beaches/water activities.

Everything was perfect.

The stay was extraordinary! Maria Laura and also the girls made the accommodation feel like a home away from home. The rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace was incredible. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We've never had such a warm welcome as at the Nuali, it was as if they were welcoming their family into their own home. The friendliness and attention of all the staff couldn't have made our stay any more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and reflects the love and dedication given to this project by the family who own the hotel, in every little detail.

We literally liked everything.

We liked everything at Nuali. Alfredo and his family have created a small piece of heaven there. From the aesthetics of the house, the beautiful scenery, the delicious breakfast with handpicked ingrediennts, fresh eggs from the property etc, to the relaxation spots that you can find here and there among the olive trees, the hammocks, the yoga shala where Maria Laura (the soul of the place) holds the yoga classes in the morning. The staff makes you feel welcomed and part of the Nuali family. Also, sometimes they offer dinner too, with a fixed menu but it is a must-have experience at least once during your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. From Nuali you can easily get to the beach (7min by car) or to all the beautiful places on Costa Smeralda. We will definitely recommend Nuali to our friends.

Nuali just opened and is located inland, around 10 min drive to the centre of Palau and the closest beaches. The views on the countryside are beautiful. The owners, a wonderful Italian family, has built a high quality B&B with a warm, Ibiza style design. The family is providing top notch service including a nice breakfast, a local dish in the evening and a great take-away lunch for day trips. The food is as much as possible prepared with biological products grown at the property. The only thing missing is a pool, but the family is planning this for next year. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful b&b, hosted by a warm and welcoming family. We can highly recommend this place.
