Lovely clean and beautiful house, helpful and nice hostess, the house is centrally located, easy to get to Parma. The city itself also looks lovely. Very tasty breakfast. Warm and luxurious home hospitality

Great location and a lovely big quiet room.

Only 2 very small things. There were some sweet wrappers left behind from the last guests as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste in a glass in the bathroom.

We recently stayed at a delightful villa hosted by the lovely couple, Christina and her husband. The villa’s Italian-inspired decor and delicious breakfasts, enjoyed in the company of their friendly dog Toby, made our stay feel like a true escape. The location was ideal—just a 20-minute walk from the city center and restaurants, with nearby bike paths for convenient exploring. Christina and her husband were exceptional hosts, ensuring we felt warmly welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay infused with Italian charm!

The only thing missing was a small fridge to keep the drinks cool!!

The house has a very beautiful traditional style. The bedrooms are very spacious. Hosts are very kind and generous. Breakfast tastes amazing and choice is wide and personalized,and Toby is great breakfast companion.

Super kind hosts, they helped us with everything. Suggested local sights, and helped us to get to the nearby cities with the best menas of transport. The breakfast was unbeleivably tasty. Hope we can get back there. Easy to travel around the region (Modena, Bologna, Castelvetro). Thank you for the lovely 4 days there!

Hosts were amazing, they made us feel like home. We loved the hosts and their dog Toby. He is the greatest and the most sweet companion during breakfast.

Both Christina and her husband were welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very private. The whole property was quite lovely, with a beautiful garden out front and several potted flowers all around. The second “B” in B & B Civico - breakfast - was wonderful! There was an assortment of meats, cheeses, and yogurts, along with freshly cooked eggs, a fruit salad, fresh-squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. We felt very lucky to start the day with such a delicious meal.

We highly recommend this B&B location. Our hosts were special people. Right away we felt like family. They were very helpful with suggesting restaurants, points of interest in the area as well as travel directions. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The room was comfortable and spacious and the house itself is beautiful, surrounded by a lovely garden. We were sad to say goodbye.

Nothing to complain about.

We had a warm welcome from Christina, although I wished my Italian was not so rusty, so that we could have communicated a bit better! She kindly put garden chairs out for us, and made us a cup of coffee, so that we could relax outside after arriving. Our room and shower room were generous in size. We had plenty of toiletries and everything was clean. My mum found the bed a bit too firm for her liking but I was fine. The breakfast was lovely. Christina had asked the night before when we would like to eat and what we would like, including how we like our eggs, and everything was delicious. There is a good pizzeria at the roundabout nearby, where we ate that evening.

We were unable to get the door to our room to lock. However, as no-one else was staying in that part of the building at the time, and Christina and her husband were always downstairs, we didn't worry too much. I wouldn't have liked it if other guests had have been there though. The signposting to the property was not good. I used my sat nav system in my car but it couldn't tell us exactly where the house was. There's an industrial estate next to the house, and we actually ended up driving around there before going back onto the main road and finally managing to see the driveway to the house. There's only a small sign on the wall, which isn't visible from the road when coming from the direction of the town.

Very clean. Great space to sleep and relax. They served a wonderful breakfast which included eggs & bacon. They were outstanding hosts.
