The property is beautifully appointed, with a great pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers. There are super comfy beds, very nice rooms and an amazing outdoor area for guests. But most of all, the warmth and welcoming nature of the host, Francesca, really, really made for a wonderful stay.

Nothing!

A beautiful place, designed with attention to the smallest details. The entire property is incredibly well-maintained, the apartments are clean and furnished with high-quality materials. You'll find everything you need there: a clean and large swimming pool, a ping pong table, a fully equipped kitchen, delicious and beautifully served breakfasts, a coffee machine you can use whenever you want, a fridge with an ice maker, and a laundry room. Rooms cleaned daily, towels and linen changed every 3 days. The property is small, so you don’t have to worry about crowds at the pool. It's the perfect place for both families and couples.

Absolutely everything was wonderful!

It was a fantastic holiday at the casa! The casa is incredible, with a new, designer renovation where everything was beautiful and well-kept. Very kind and responsive hosts! Thanks to Francesca for the great breakfast. The hotel grounds are green and well-kept, we really didn't want to leave and we will definitely return to Cocciu D'Amuri.

It is not far from a highway.

The sincere kindness of the owner Francesca was exceptional. The breakfast with all kind of homemade food made by Francesca was delicious. We loved to stay at the pool in a very private environment. Very practical to park the car without any extra cost on the premise. Grazie milles per tutto Francesca!

Absolutely nothing, this is an amazing place, a genuine 11/10.

We liked the attention to detail in the design of both the bedroom (Outstanding) and the property. The pool is beautiful. The hostesses attention to detail throughout the property and the breakfast was fantastic, and all in beautiful surroundings. One evening we used their outdoor kitchen to cook, and it worked so very well.

The owners of the property were super nice. The breakfast was amazing with freshly baked pastries and fresh orange juice. The swiming pool was very clean with a great view. Although location requires a car but you can easily access the restaurants and some supermarkets within couple minutes.

There is nothing not to like!

By far the best B&B I have ever stayed in! Francesca runs this B&B with pure passion. It is perfectly manicured, immaculately clean, the design and attention to details is amazing. There is a communal kitchen, fantastic swimming pool, table tennis and BBQ area. They have use of bicycles which we used to go into town in the evening! The breakfast was freshly made with quality ingredients! They have their own chickens which makes great scrambled eggs!! Excellent hospitality.

My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a great stay. There are only 3 rooms in total, which we found very relaxing. There were great lounging options by the pool, an outdoor kitchen where you could cook your own food at any time and Francesca's homemade breakfast was fabulous. She made everything with so much love, we felt very comfortable

Francesca is one of the kindest and warmest people you could ever wish to meet. The care and love she puts into her interactions with her guests are genuinely heart warming. Every morning we came to breakfast there was a fresh collection of home made Sicilian treats that Francesca bakes herself everyday. The property itself is stunning and in a great location to explore the North Coast of the Island. We stayed 7 nights and wish we could've stayed much longer, the place is immaculately well kept and the rooms are akin to any 5 Star Hotel. The house is also home to 2 cats and an especially amazing dog who never failed to make us smile on their meanders through the stunning gardens. We'll definitely be back, grazie mille Francesca!

Everything was perfect

Besides the fact that this house and its rooms are one of the most stylish and feel good vibes that we have seen (thanks to Georgia who is an enterior designer), we would like to highlight the kind of hospitality Francesca and Giorgia showed to us. They were extremely kind and helpful, supporting us in everything we needed while letting us into their appartment. The breakfast was fabulous, the swimming pool beautiful, and everything else inside and outside of the house, the best quality. We stayed here 5 nights instead of three but it was still very sad for us to leave. the beach is 10 mins by bike (Grotte beach). You have everything here if you are looking for a nice, high quality and memorable place to stay at.

Simply everything. The accommodation is terrific. By bike you can get to the beach in a few minutes. At least if you want to leave the facility at all. As written in other reviews it is true that you can hear the highway. However, on an island where the highway runs along the coast, this is simply impossible to avoid, as long as you are looking for accommodation on the coast. However, in the end, the highway is overshadowed by soft background music and it is not disturbing.
