The communication from the host needed to be shared earlier than it was. We couldn’t get into the room and waited for quite awhile for information and codes to come through. This causes unnecessary anxiety.

Very nice room. The view was excellent and it was great to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the sun go down. Free parking is just a couple of hundred metres away. The bars and restaurants are just metres away (although all restaurants were closed in early April).

The balcony view was amazing! Great location in the historic centre, quite close to a big free car park. Lovely modern new room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Very clean. Responsive, fast communication with the host. Nice breakfast included.

We stayed in room 3, Bibliotecia, which was excellent. Very comfortable bed, lovely decor, and a stunning view from the room and balcony overlooking the town, mountains and the sea. Even the shower had a window overlooking the same view. Location is excellent, right in the town and free parking is available close by. Our host Biagio could not have been more helpful. Overall our stay was most enjoyable. We would highly recommend Dal Maestro to anyone looking for a superior place to stay in our favourite town in southern Italy.

A lovely, clean apartment, centrally located in Maratea. It was modern, the bed was comfy, and my room had a balcony with a lovely view out over the town. Breakfast was nice - with a card given to redeem this at a nearby café. Check-in process was easy, and Biagio kindly arranged a taxi for me on arrival from the station (which is near the coast).

Immaculate rooms. I can particularly recommend the double with balcony. Talk about room with a view ? Breathtaking . Check which room you book. The double room with the view and balcony is far more superior in my opinion .

For me I would have loved to have tea making facilities but I realise this is not common in Italy.

Close to the centre of the village with a great shower and co,for table bed. The owner was really helpful and answered any queries really quickly. Totally recommended.

very clean, very spacious and very comfortable room. the location is right near the main square of the town. If you’d prefer a beachside location and don’t have transport, this may not be the place for you. the view was amazing!! you could even watch the view from the window in the bathroom as you take a shower. Although the host did not speak much English, he was very helpful via what’s app messages. He assisted in organising a taxi to and from the train station as well as allowing us to leave our bags longer after check out time.
