Location loved being close to street food and market life of via Maqueda Excellent helpful and supportive host. Martina arranged a transfer for us from the airport, (which we don’t usually do but this proved a godsend when our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a late night flight. I also witnessed her helping guests with translations and responding to emails) Fantastic breakfast, with special Sicilian treats Loved everything about this property we did not stay long enough!

Very loud music from a bar downstairs until 11:00 pm might be unfortunate for a family.

We brought a car & parked in the allotted car park, but that was a mistake, as just difficult to find! No fault of the property.

Perfect location for exploring Palermo. Very helpful & attentive staff. Comfortable & welcoming room. Live jazz music each (weekend) night from the bar downstairs, which we loved, but might not suit everyone.

Breakfast is a pretty simple offering and it was a bit tricky to figure out how to access the lobby when you first arrive as it looks like a private residence but once we figured out where to call it is easy and we were welcomed warmly.

Location is perfect. Soundproof windows block out 95% of the sound from the street which is great. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast provided each morning. There is a great cocktail bar in the courtyard right below the hotel we enjoyed during our stay.

There really wasn’t anything!

Pretty much everything! It’s nicely decorated and very clean! The bed was huge and the bathroom very nice with a big modern shower! You can walk out the door and a few steps away and you’re on a main street with many restaurants, cafes and stores along with vendors all along selling all kinds of things! There’s so much action all day and more at night! Martina is so helpful with telling you all about the area and showing you all the main attractions on the map. Most of them are within walking distance. Down the street just a little bit there’s a private parking garage that costs €30 per day. Without out it I’m not sure where you could park so it was well worth it.

Beautiful room with a great location: right on the heavily-used pedestrian street Via Maqueda. The room, however, was very quiet despite the location. The manager, Martina, was very helpful and clear in her communications. She made our after-hours check-in very easy.

Just a few steps away from Quattro Canti, on Via Marqueda, the main tourist street to the Teatro Massimo, thus, at an excellent location and with large quiet rooms, this is a great place to stay for exploring the city. Good service all around - we enjoyed our stay.

Location was good, easy walk to most places required, breakfast was easy with everything required. Staff were more than helpful and only too happy to accommodate any request.

Personally, I didn’t like the set up of the first room, but I can understand that this is a subjective view and other guests may have loved it. We would have eaten in the restaurant for lunch more often if the menu offered some lighter choices. Also, it would have been very nice if the tuk tuk operated between the hours of 1 and 3 pm.
