Beautiful apartment with comfortable bed! Close to restaurant, shops and sites. Very highly recommend!

Centrally located for seeing Benevento. Host met us to hand over the keys and was available for questions via whatsapp. Great air conditioning and comfortable beds. Renovated and clean. Our daughter slept on the pull out sofa. It was comfortable with a gel or memory foam topper. Excellent wifi. Host held a parking spot for us in the piazza upon arrival. That was a huge relief for us as we had a lot of bags. Apartment is ground floor and the immediate area was very quiet at night. The city really livens up after 6 and the walk is only around the corner to shops and restaurants and the corso for your evening passeggiata. :)

The apartment was so large and spacious- a rarity in Europe! Every detail was thought of.. even an Australian adapter by the bed. The downstairs room was so unique and we loved the glass window looking through to the downstairs cave room. We were even able to park right outside in the piazza. Super comfy bed- which was a blessing after a long flight from Australia. And we were able to check in early!!!

The only thing to consider, is, breakfast is not necessarily in the property, but around the corner, and it is just a coffee with a croissant of preference (you need to go with a voucher to this Cafe and choose your choice). But there were also things to prepare breakfast/lunch at the flat (teapot, nespresso machine, some cookies, etc)

the host. Marilena is a beautiful and kind human being. She welcomed us and gave us all we needed. The appartment is so good as well, in the middle of Benevento. Easy to move from there. Everything was modern and clean. A very good time we spént with my mum. Grazie mille Mari!

the basement part is humid, so it has the mouldy smell, which makes it less interest to hang around in that part of the house.

I can’t fault anything. It was perfect for what we needed, such a beautiful place and location!

I rate this AirB&B 10/10. Our host Marilena is very kind and helpful in assisting us with anything we needed, the place was so clean and tidy. Marilena communicated with us promptly and advised us of where to eat or have a coffee locally. We arrived late but that was a problem at all. Sir B&B Dogana Apartmento was close to all the sites, Benevento is a beautiful town. The apartment is as described. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything, even that the owner reserve a free of charge place to park a car right in front of the door with her car and after coming we could exchange her car for our one , as all other places were occupied. And after check-out we again did the same routine. I guess for the next guest. Wewre convinient and spacious appartment and well-equipped.

Our host was really helpful and cheerful. She helped us secure parking. The apartment itself is well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is close to almost everything so we didn’t move the car for two days. Great place to stay when in Benevento. Owner speaks English. Breakfast is coffee and croissants from cafe on adjacent street. It has a really cool basement which looks like a museum! I would stay here if we ever visit again.

I'm a regular man, so it was just great; nothing to complain about. So much history and heart surround you in Benevento, really. Thanks to all who made it possible for us.

A great place in the heart of a great city. Highly recommend. The owner kept a free parking spot for us to park right outside the door, and took care remotely of any and all little kinks that imminently arise, as any frequent traveler would confirm. High Praise! Forza Italia!

Being ground floor there is not much light and it gets a bit chilly, but with air conditioning you can make the temperature you like. In summer it must be very fresh. The water in the shower goes down a bit slowly, but I guess this issue won't be there next time.

Very clean, spacious and beautiful mini-apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need. It was very clean and I highly appreciated the air conditioning to create the perfect climate. It is ground floor with direct access from the street but it has a very safe door and window, and it's quite silent.
