Such a nice and clean room. So big and clean bathroom with high ceilings. Just in the historic centre. Self check-in work well. And the people that you meet during breakfast are heart warming people. Loved the place

Beautiful room in the storic center of Lucca. Very clean and a beautiful atmosphere

Although the house has thick walls it is quite noisy

The room is in the very heart of Lecce and it was clean enough. The personnel was nice and the overall check in experience was good.

Room was way smaller than what it looked like in the pictures and the soundproofing was unfortunately quite poor (we found ear plugs in the room, probably because the host is aware of this quite severe issue). We would’ve liked to find at least one complimentary bottle of water as in all the other accommodations in Puglia, given the hot season and the price paid for the room.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The two lady housekeepers were beautiful. They made us feel very welcome and had our breakfast ready every morning. Well organised check in and amazing location, plus they upgraded our room!

They charged us 5€ to use the iron. We have not been charged anywhere else we stayed.

Phenomenal place! Lecche is very very beautiful city and this apartment is in the actual historic center. 4m high ceilings, grand feeling, every little detail is taken care of. That bathroom - the pictures do not show well its actual size and appearance. If you are in question- book that one - the king apartment and thank me later. It’s something special!

Every little thing was ‘perfetto’

The pictures do not do it justice. The room is spacious and very clean, the location is great! It feels luxurious and homey at the same time. Rosella and the property manager were very communicative and so kind. The breakfast is comfy/balanced and it’s so nice to show up and have the option of affordable wines for purchase and free water in the room. The room is the middle of everything and manages to be quiet at the same time. Hope to come back!

If you have challenges with steps/stairs/carrying bags you should be aware there are 2.5 sets. Not an issue for us but something to keep in mind. Feels like an absurd thing to mention, but the shower only has a rain shower (lovely) but wish it also had a handheld option.

If like us, you have a room on the street, restaurant right below your windows, with, in our case, people speaking/laughing very moins until 2:00pm. Waster water pump system working regularly in the hotel, very noisy especially during night probably linked to people using toilets... And at around 6:00am city people clean the street in a vey noisy way... All this makes your night very short and not resting On top of that, your welcome is made by WhatsApp with codes for the doors, and no human contact... + very bad WiFi

The best hotel you can find in Lecce ! our spectacular view from th balcony . I never seen such an amazing place ! super clean and easy check in the room was very big and shower everything was new and beautiful design I would love to come back again to this wonderful place! thank you very much for a lovely stay

The size of the room is well above avarage. Location right in the middle of old city is great. Breakfast was good.

Be aware there are 30 stairs leading to the room.

First of all the host Gabriele it’s incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. Also Rossella it’s so sweet and friendly. The check-in went really smooth as Gabriele provided all the necessary details. The room was super nice, big and clean. Loved the sheets were so fine, the bed and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had anything that you need. I also had breakfast included, there were sufficient options to choose from, but I opted only for a croissant and a cappuccino and they were really good. The location is good, it’s close to restaurants, attractions (e.g. 3 min by foot to the Dome, 6-7 min by foot to the city gates, 5-10 min by foot to any cathedral/church/point of interest) and train station (8-9 min by foot). It could be noisy on a week-end night (I arrived Sunday) but if you want to stay central this would have happened anywhere, so for me this was not bothering.

As central as it can get - just around the corner of cathedral in the middle of old town. The apartment and the room were newly and very well renovated (quality!). Room design was appreciated. AC worked well, WIFI was okay. The breakfast was partly served and partly self service and a lot for italian style. The had very good coffee and Donna Teresa was very kind and friendly!

As central as it can get in old town - meaning just next to bars and restaurant - so have your earplugs ready. It was self check in - which worked well and communication before check in worked very well. The mattress could have been a bit less soft. Be aware of 2 flights of stairs.
