This is a beautiful place to stay with friendly hosts. The pool was lovely. The courtyard where the breakfast is served is beautiful, and it's a wonderful project being conducted here, with the autistic people involved in serving the breakfast. The location is amazing, being on the outskirts of Modica, Scicli a 15 min drive, the beach 20 mins and Ragusa 30 mins.

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

Missing Bread at breakfast, but not big deal

Very welcoming and peaceful place with rustic atmosphere! The hosts together with a community of boys with special needs served the breacfast and care for the house and gardens. Strongly recommend!

Good value for money and it is nice to contribute to a good project and help provide local jobs to people with learning difficulties but with a good heart

No hot water in the shower

The tranquility and relaxation of the place, the staff and the breakfast which consisted of 3 types of croissants- plain, with custard or ginger abd honey. B&B staff also gave us names of nearby restaurants and of some who do deliveries to B&B. Parking was also very good as we parked onsite. Rooms have character. More than rooms, they are like a small cottage which goes really well with the environment. Pool was of good size and very clean

Nothing really. If I am back in Modica, I will stay at this place. Perhaps the only thing, which is not the B&b's fault, if you enter the address given you are taken to a different place. If you go directly on Google Maps and enter the name of B&B you are taken to the property next to it, but easy to find. Google have to fix this, as it has been reported by B&B but they take a long time to fix it.

Very friendly owner and nice place for a short stay

All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.

Room was very clean. Stuff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was just amazing. One of the best breakfast that I had on Sicily!

Wi-fi didn’t work from our room. So if you need a work from an apartment, it will be not suitable option.

It is beautiful!

Located in nature with olive trees around. Big swimming pool (closed in November) and garden with options to sit outside. The breakfast was freshly baked croissants with great coffee served outdoor under a big tree.
