Could've had a bigger communal area away from the room but this isn't a fault of the host

Such a friendly host. Metro station right outside with two great restaurants on the doorstep also. Location is excellent.

Great location. near the metro station. 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. parking on the street, municipal, 7 euros per day. but it's not easy to find a place. Great and helpful staff and manager. the kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, kettle, everything you need. comfortable bed. There are very tasty breakfasts in the cafe opposite (Variabile). Thank you so much!

It didn’t have a frigobar nor a communal kitchen, the AC didn’t work properly, well located but near this park that is a little sketchy at night. On the last day, the owner saw me at the street, didn’t recognize me and catcalled me, we proceeded to walk together to the residence, it was bad.

Leandro( the host was great) friendly and very helpful. He gave us ideas what to see and could contact him with question. Location is great - very close to Metro and Termini station so can get anywhere you need. Supermarket Conad - 2 min away Trattoria Vecchia Roma - 2 min away

The only problem for me was the hairdryer that didn't work so well and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway that sometimes entered the room

The room was tidy and clean. The apartament is close to the metro and to bus stops so is easy to get to the center of Rome. The owner was really really kind and attentive. We really enjoy the stay and recommend it

Everything. Rome itself it's the most beautiful city in the world. The accomodation is just perfect. The metro station is just downstairs, it's also a walking distance from colosseum, and it has beautiful restaurants near. The host was very helpful and very thoughtful, he gave us a lot of tips and ideas on how to make our trip more effective and he would pick up everytime we called , if we needed everything. I'm definitely recommending this accomodation.

Very noisy because it is in a central location. lots of honking (we were there on a transpo strike day)

Clean, tidy, very nice staff. It was possible to leave our luggage earlier, and on the last day our backpacks were stored and we picked them up at a time convenient for us. Very good location - close to the station, park, shops, cafes and restaurants. In our opinion, we give 10 out of 10 points

The one and only thing I can say that was slightly off was that there was another guest who would smoke at night in the reception area and the smoke made its way into our room.

Leandro is the best host I have ever had. He helped us in a time of crisis and went above and beyond. The location is great, i.e close to Termini station, the Coloseum, with a Metro station right nest to the hotel.

there was laud tv noise started from 12am (midnight) continue to 4 or 5am. the noise came from right next to our room where indicated Private room which assume staff room?

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making our experience feel welcoming right from the start. They were very flexible with our bed arrangements and check-in time, which was a huge plus. One standout feature was the hotel allowed us to keep our bags free of charge after check-out, which made our departure day much easier. The little kitchen in the hotel was a fantastic addition. It allowed me to prepare my own salads, and the coffee machine was perfect for a morning espresso. Overall, our stay was great, and I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient amenities.

The host is an amazing person, he is very supportive and kind. The place is very clean and you can prepare your breakfast at the property as it is well equipped, they also offer coffee, tea and cookies for a breakfast.
