Such a friendly host. Metro station right outside with two great restaurants on the doorstep also. Location is excellent.

Could've had a bigger communal area away from the room but this isn't a fault of the host

Great location. near the metro station. 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. parking on the street, municipal, 7 euros per day. but it's not easy to find a place. Great and helpful staff and manager. the kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, kettle, everything you need. comfortable bed. There are very tasty breakfasts in the cafe opposite (Variabile). Thank you so much!

It didn’t have a frigobar nor a communal kitchen, the AC didn’t work properly, well located but near this park that is a little sketchy at night. On the last day, the owner saw me at the street, didn’t recognize me and catcalled me, we proceeded to walk together to the residence, it was bad.

Leandro is a friendly host, very communicative, and helped us with everything during our stay. The room is very spacious and beautiful. The location is great, walking distance to the Coliseum. I really recommend 👏

Location is good.

We booked a 3-bed room for 3 adults. The room had a double bed and an iron extra bed. The extra bed had a very worn out, dirty mattress, the sponge was so worn out that you had to lie directly on the springs under the cover, you could feel the pressure of all the springs, it was unsuitable for sleeping. I read earlier that several people had reported this, but the mattress remained. It is not fair that we pay for a full room for 3 people, but 1 person gets a critically inferior bed for the same money that the other two get a comfortable double bed. We left both days in the morning to see the city and returned late in the evening, the only thing that would have been important was the bed!

Leandro was a great host, attentive and helpfull, always reachable and always there when needed. He gave us good tips on sights in the city. and coffee and tea with sweets was always a nice bonus. We had a centrally located very nice double room on the 3rd floor with a very good bed and a good air conditioner. To Rome Termini and Colosseum only a few minutes walk. We are very satisfied with our stay in Rome and can happily recommend the Girasole Guest House.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi reception was a bit weak.

Great location and friendly owners

Leandro( the host was great) friendly and very helpful. He gave us ideas what to see and could contact him with question. Location is great - very close to Metro and Termini station so can get anywhere you need. Supermarket Conad - 2 min away Trattoria Vecchia Roma - 2 min away

Leonardo was very welcoming and made our visit very pleasant. He presented us with a lovely gift of strawberries and Presecco. He is a fabulous host.

Locality, access to Metro, good restaurants within walking distance, very friendly host offering great communication, information and support.

We were very happy here and a great base for exploring the City.

nothing disgusting place

rooms shocking, bathrooms smelt, toilet seat etc broken, paper cups in kitchenette to drink from kitchen dirty horrible unsafe area & place, never saw owners, same towells for 3 days etc

The room was tidy and clean. The apartament is close to the metro and to bus stops so is easy to get to the center of Rome. The owner was really really kind and attentive. We really enjoy the stay and recommend it

The only problem for me was the hairdryer that didn't work so well and the smell of cigarettes in the hallway that sometimes entered the room

Located right next to Metro, which was ideal. Host was absolutely brilliant - very friendly and willing to help with any issues and offer brilliant suggestions for food and travel.

Everything. Rome itself it's the most beautiful city in the world. The accomodation is just perfect. The metro station is just downstairs, it's also a walking distance from colosseum, and it has beautiful restaurants near. The host was very helpful and very thoughtful, he gave us a lot of tips and ideas on how to make our trip more effective and he would pick up everytime we called , if we needed everything. I'm definitely recommending this accomodation.
