Great B&B, right by the main square. Beautiful decoration, modern and renovated, just as you see in the pictures. Comfortable bed and nice stay overall, great communication and flexibility of the owners. Offers basic breakfast options, highly recommended

Excellent location and parking was close and easy to use. Luca was very easy to communicate with and kindly greeted us at the check-in. He made sure we had all we needed in our lovely two bedroom space. The 2 bedroom apartment was more spacious than I expected, and I loved the charming kitchen as well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I have nothing bad to say about a stay here.

If only all bed and breakfasts were this welcoming. This is a real standout when so many b and bs rely on self checkin and you never meet the host and are left to fend for yourself The atmosphere is inviting, with nice communal living and dining areas, and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. There's even a small balcony overlooking the square and hills. The location, just off the main square, is ideal, and Lucca is a welcoming host who had some great recommendations for where to eat and what to do and was most accommodating.

There is no A/C, so we slept with the door on the balcony open to get some air. The B&B is right near a town piazza and a church with hourly bells (they stopped at midnight and started again a 7am), so it would've been better for us if we didn't need to have the door open.

The host was very kind and helpful. The room was small but just what we needed for a one night stay as we were passing through the area. I would absolutely stay again if I were nearby.

The room was absolutely perfect with a wonderful patio to watch the pastors pride. Luca, was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Make sure you get the room with the patio door.

Really liked this place, smart welcoming, in a lovely location. We were cycle touring and were able to store the bikes on the balcony. Particularly liked the ability to make cafe lattes for breakfast. We wished were staying longer

Stylish and cozy apartment, thoughtfully designed with love in every detail. I loved the design of my room and I regret I stayed only for 2 nights as the place was perfect to relax! If you are a board games lover, you’ll find a lot games in the attic. The B&B has a perfect location to explore the region, and it’s very close to the main square with a lot of bars and restaurants. Luca is the best host I've ever met! Very helpful, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Nothing - everything was excellent.

Very central, large apartment. Very well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items. Lovely balcony. The two bedrooms were good sizes and the kitchen / lounge large and comfortable.

Luca was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome, giving us great recommendations for a short walk to Montefioralle on a half-day trip. The B&B is very charming, with a shared kitchen area with a selection of breakfast snacks and a nice balcony looking towards the main square. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is very thoughtful and with heart designed. The host added his passion for vintage design and movies. The apartment has a wonderful terrace from where you can oversee parts of the old central square in Greve. Everything was neat and tidy.

I would recommend to add more soft pillows or at least one, in case there are people having problems using hard ones🙈 Also, I would recommend to add extra garbage bin, in the bedroom. During our stay there was only one, on bathroom.

Location, cleanliness, extremely friendly host. This location is a cozy apartament, with common living and kitchen; separately, each room has its own private bathroom.

We loved everything about this exceptionally clean quirky apartment, our host was fab, communicated really well throughout. He was very accommodating and very helpful and friendly. Excellent location for views, restaurants and relaxing. Found the property with no problem ‘ Wayz’ took us to the door! Had to park just up the road, 1 minutes walk but safe! We arrived at 19:00 and had to pay €7 for overnight parking. This was a little gem of a find! We didn’t need anything! Gorgeous family run Italian run restaurant below the apartment-amazing food. I would recommend this place , it’s really cool for a couple or with Friends. Keep doing what you are doing- just fab!
