Multiple things! It was clean and cleaning was done always. Every 1-2 days the cleaning was done, we recieved fresh towels, bedsheets and so on. Not to mention that host always left us some fresh figs and a lot of water and snacks, as it was hot! And separate thank you for the good coffee 🙂 The location was in 10min walkable distance from the old town and the beach! If you will rent a car as we did, there’s plenty of parking spots around! The host, Berto, made our stay unforgettable with all of the fresh figs, grape, wine that he always brought us! And letting us pet their friendly dog Masha 🙂 We wanted to buy some local cheese home and he took us to the market and showed the best spot for it! It felt like they are not hosts, but some good old friends that you haven’t seen for a long time. We highly recommend to stay with them, and we for sure will the next time we go to Alghero!

As a front office supervisor in a 4 star castle hotel I have to say, what an incredible costumer service and place to stay! Everything was perfect from the begging to the end. Beautiful and spacious place , very tidy and clean , with a lot of nice amenities that are repostas daily. Berto , the owner, is incredible and truly cares for the wellbeing of his guests , he is always there to assist. I truly recommend you to stay in this place, absolutely wonderful.

Leonarda and Berto are the nicest hosts you could imagine. They live just next door and when ever you need something, they help you. Also are they true Algherese, meaning they know everyone, organize italian seratas for the community and produce so much vegetables on their land that they give it for free to the caritas. I can only recommend to stay in their appartement.

Berto was a great host! Apartment was clean and smelled good. There were clean towels, amenities, AC, TV. Breakfast included coffee, juices, croissants, sweets, fresh Sardinian fruit. Location was 10min from center and 35 min from Maria Pia beach by walk. There is closer beach in Alghero but Maria Pia was much nicer ☺️.

Nothing, everything was great.

Our hosts were wonderful and managed to give a good atmosphere to the accommodation. Everything needed was there and in the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel was also available for the ones who need it. Everything was very clean and our hosts refilled the breakfast bar and the water bottles every day. They were very helpful and were available for questions if needed. They also gave lots of privacy. I look forward to coming back.
