Amazing property, super clean, everything you need in the room and more, great shower, high quality fruits for breakfast, brilliant quite location with unique well kept garden where you can rest after a long day exploring Venice. The host and staff are awesome, we also could leave our luggage there for a whole day after the check out as our flight was late at night. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I have no complaints. This was likely our favorite stay on our entire trip. I only wish we had more time there.

The entire place was exceptional, but the garden was a highlight for us. We love being outdoors and were missing our own garden at home. This added a very homey feeling to the stay. We also loved the location. San Marco is crowded and busy and I most enjoyed parts of Venice that were less-traveled. This stay in Dorsoduro was nice to be away from the busyness.

The B&B Hortus is an oasis in Venice with its beautiful garden. The owners and staff are amazing, breakfast was great and the location is great to explore the little lanes of Venice.

Owners were so nice and friendly. They took such good care of us. The courtyard was a great spot to hang out with a glass of wine. Our room was wonderful as well. Bathroom and shower were great.

Very welcoming and nice hosts. Lovely house located in the quieter neighborhood but also easily accessible to visiting spots. Very clean and comfortable room. AC working well in a warm summer day. Breakfast is great.

It was hard to find on Google Maps, but the host told us that in advance and gave us the exact address we needed!

We stayed at B&B Hortus for one night and it was the highlight of our 2-week trip. The hosts were very nice and welcomed us early. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was amazing out our window. The location was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the main areas to walk. The hosts took note of our allergies and even prepared us breakfast early since we had a train to catch in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful by the way. Overall, I would recommend B&B Hortus to everyone!

Immaculately clean. Comfortable room with spacious bathroom, AC worked very well and the location is quiet but easy to access central tourist locations. Joy prepared a beautiful breakfast each morning.

Quite location in Dorsoduro, 15 minutes walking from the train station. Owners are extremely nice, the location is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing (served in a small cozy garden).

The accommodation is exceptional. The hosts are super friendly. Janina goes above and beyond to care for her guests with her friendly personality. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delicious. The accommodation has a lovely walled garden and the interior is modern, spacious and clean. There are two Vaporetto stops in easy walking distance. It is also easy to access most places on foot. If it is available for your dates book it. We will return :)
