⠀ The location is absolutely stunning - breathtaking views everywhere you look! ⠀ We were warmly welcomed by a lovely couple so kind, genuine, and friendly. ⠀ Inside, everything was super comfortable, cozy, and spotless. ⠀ One thing to keep in mind - you definitely need a car to get there. But honestly, that’s what makes the place so peaceful and private. ⠀ If you’re looking for an authentic Italian escape surrounded by nature and warm hospitality - this is it

Facilities. The view the separate areas for relaxing.. Friendly helpful staff & host. Lovely fresh breakfast, good variety.

We would have appreciated having cups available. How ever when asked for them they were provided. Extra pillows & blankets would have been appreciated.

It was a really nice place and room. You have enough space to chill outside. The room is big.

The public transport was not that easy to go to this location.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days at B&B I Limoni and had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and offered great value. Each morning, we enjoyed a spread that included eggs (which you can easily cook yourself using a convenient machine), croissants, a marmalade tart, milk, juices, yogurt, jams, honey, cereals, and an incredible bruschetta that our host brought to us daily. We also received a fresh fruit plate, along with tea and coffee. The room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, and had a beautiful view from the terrace overlooking the lemon garden. Although I wouldn’t consider it a major drawback, it’s definitely important to plan your transportation in advance. You have two options to reach B&B I Limoni: one is to climb up from Marmorata, which is nearly at sea level—this route involves about 1,000 steps. That’s what we did for the first two days since we hadn’t yet figured out a better way. The second, much easier option, is to approach from above via the Gradoni road, which only involves around 200 steps. We highly recommend taking this route, as it saves a lot of time and energy. From this route, you can walk to the left and easily find the San Cosma bus stop (this is when you wanna go back to city center from the hotel). This stop connects you to the nearby village of Ravello, and from there, you can catch another bus that takes you directly to Amalfi or Atrani. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and good value for money.

We also highly recommend bringing lightweight bags—ideally backpacks rather than suitcases—when traveling anywhere along the Amalfi Coast. The region is full of stairs, narrow paths, and uneven terrain, which can make carrying heavy luggage quite challenging. A backpack will make your journey much more comfortable and manageable. The breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety, perhaps some olives or cold cuts, but honestly, it’s perfectly fine as it is, especially considering the overall value and the effort it takes to carry everything up those stairs. Just treat it as an classic simple Italian breakfast. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room, and no mini fridge either. However, there is a shared fridge available in the garden area, which you can use if you have wine, sandwiches, or other small items that need to be kept cool. Just a heads-up: the hosts do a light tidy-up of your room while you're out. We weren’t aware of this in advance, so we were a bit surprised when we returned to find the room refreshed. It’s a thoughtful gesture, but it might catch you off guard if you're not expecting it. This was likely just a communication gap, as we don’t speak Italian and the hosts don’t speak much English.

Breakfasts were very good. Hosts were very pleasant. Ravello is a fabulous location and not as crowded as other areas along the coast The villa and views from the stylish outdoor areas were stupendous.

We could have had better information on parking.

Incredible views, very friendly and helpful hosts including Tex the dog. Breakfast was good. Very quiet and peaceful tucked away in a lemon orchard.

The stairs to reach the b&b are quite taxing if you have a lot of luggage

The view over the gulf of Salerno is beautiful, especially if you get one of the two rooms with balconies.

First, I want to clarify that it’s not 100 stairs to get to the gate ( from via de la Republica) it’s 173 stairs to the first gate or 258 stairs to the second gate. This may be a limitation for many people. The place itself is quiet, peaceful with an incredible view over the gulf of Salerno. The breakfast is degrading, of the seven hotels we used on this trip through Europe it was the poorest of all! Considering there are no cafes or shops nearby to enhance the breakfast, they should have put a little more effort into improving it!the little they offered, even some fruit salad, or fruit of any kind, would be an improvement!

Large room, comfortable bed, best blinds for sleep. The location has steep steps but the grounds were beautiful. I had my best sleep at this bnb.

Some furniture was a little outdated but did not interfere with my level of comfort.

    Beautiful views, quiet and charming.

Access to the property was extremely challenging with 100 stairs and no assistance to help with baggage. On the departure someone was arranged to assist but they never showed up. This access information was not clearly visible in the listing and it wasn’t until I received the nonrefundable confirmation that I realized there were 100 steps. The listing indicates it’s a short walk to the village center which is not realistic given the extreme vertical climb. I was most disappointed no assistance with luggage was available which put me in harms way carrying luggage up and down extremely steep steps without railing in some sections.

Views, fresh smell of the lemon trees and the sea. No cars around. Very quiet.

153 high steps down. No problem for the young. I am 79, made it with my backpack. Without backpack not bad to go up. Will see how I will do tomorrow morning with my backpack.

So close to Ravelo still in the countryside. Wonderful sea view from the window and balcony. Charming hospitable familly.

Be aware there are more than 100 stip stairs you have to descent in order to get to the property

The location offered stunning views over the bay. It was very peaceful to sit and watch the sunset with the bats flying over the lemon groves. The room was a good size and clean. The owners and staff were friendly, but communication was difficult as they did not speak English, and I do not speak Italian. But we managed.

The stairs getting to the property are an issue. This should be highlighted more when booking the property, rather than expecting people to have seen it in the reviews. Being remote, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

The owner's family was charming, they looked after us during our stay. We got lost on the first day, but the owner patiently explained how to get there over the phone. The long steps were tougher than we expected, and it was surprising how easily the local people walked up and down. There aren’t any shops nearby, I recommend bringing food and drinks beforehand (don’t bring with a suitcase!).

Great view of the Amalfi coast, perfect to relax! The host was very nice and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is accessible via a series of stairs, but this is something you’ll find throughout Amalfi. The town is known for its steep terrain and countless stairways, so if you’re planning a trip here, be prepared for a bit of a workout. However, the climb is absolutely worth it!

The view, the terrace. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff.

It's definitely not for unfit people. To get there or from there one needs to climb a decent number of steps. But it's worth it😃

The view was amazing and the room was very clean!

The 200 steps to and from the property were not clearly mentioned on the booking page had they have been we never would have booked. The property owner was extremely rude and begrudged to even offer guests water which is shocking give the stairs. If she doesn’t want guests why offer a B&B service! DO NOT BOOK!

This Place is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only issue that everyone should know before going, it that the address is located in between a huge huge staircase. if you arrive from the street above (which is closer, than the street below), this alone is 527 stair case which is very uneven and some of the steps are huge to climb. I am 6'4 (193cm) and had to stretch at times. But are the stairs worth the location? YES! but I wish I would had know in advance as I was on 2 week trip, and had a huge suitcase. It was impossible getting my bag down the steps when we arrived. Imagine what it was like getting the bag up the stairs when I checked out. If you stay there just bring a backpack, then all will be good :) 👍
