Amazing place. The place is up the hill, so you have a superb view from the balcony, everything is new in the house and really carefully curated, with homey wood design from the owners carpenters business, and Luisella, the owner is a gem herself. Super responsive, gives you tips what to do and personally takes care of breakfast with homemade cakes, hams and cheeses, eggs and coffee with vegan milk etc. We enjoyed our stay so much, got to know the best Agriturismo dinner place and did some local hikes incl. Lago di Sorapis. Will definitely come again, we appreciated that this B&B didn’t have a min. 7 nights stay like many other places - overall 4 nights were super convenient to get to know Veneto!

Everything! The photos don’t do justice! Room & toilet looked better in real life! Mountain view & balcony was amazing! Breakfast was good, host was very friendly & diligent in making sure we had a good stay. The place was sparkling clean & the toilet was shining. Would highly recommend!

Size of the bedroom could be bigger, but given that we only came back every night to sleep, it was alright for us. The toilet was big and there was a balcony too which helped to compensate. Google map told us to come by a very dangerous road up & we almost scratched our car. Beware not to take that route as there’s another wider & gentle road up. Use Apple map instead would suggest the other way up. Host will also tell you but that’s after you get there.

property is a beautiful modern lodge style with beautiful love heart themed decorations <3 . the balcony views are absolutely phenomenal, the best in the dolomites we have personally seen . available to park your car easily & a beautiful breakfast (the best i’ve also had in the dolomites) La proprietà è un bellissimo lodge moderno, decorato con un adorabile tema a forma di cuore <3. La vista dal balcone è assolutamente fenomenale, la migliore che abbiamo visto personalmente nelle Dolomiti. Parcheggiare l’auto è semplice, e la colazione è meravigliosa (la migliore che abbia mai avuto nelle Dolomiti).

We had an amazing stay at Luisella’s B&B. The place is magic with a stunning view on the Dolomiti mountains. We had a great welcome from Luisella who gave us good advice notably in terms of local restaurant. A very good breakfast as well, perfect to hike in the mountains nearby!

The room had a fabulous view and the bathroom was stylish and clean. I loved the cooked breakfast plus the wonderful cakes made by the owner. She was also very helpful with hiking tips. Wonderful hotel and would visit again.

The location is very very beautiful and peaceful. From the balcony or the terrace you can admire the mountains and the sunset. The room was very nicely decorated, with beautiful wood furniture, it had an electric kettle, tea bags, a tv with a lot of channels. We were woried that the room would be small as it said on Booking that it has 12 square meters but in reality it's bigger because its without the hallway and the bathroom so we had plenty of space to unpack. The bathroom is also very nice, clean and spacious. Luisela was very helpful and kind and helped us with everything we needed, recommending us some good restaurants and places to visit and making us feeling indeed like home. Her english is perfect! The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh pastries and local products. I definitely recommend this location

Lack of some vegetables at breakfast but Luisela quickly brought some and we were happy again ☺️

Some instant coffee in the room to go with the kettle and teas. I know this isn’t Italian but a coffee with that Mountain View in the morning is perfect

Super comfortable room with exquisite but authentic decor and an incomparable panoramic view west towards Danta di Cadore and the splendid mountains of the Three Peaks National Park.

Everything! The room is so beautifully furnished in wood. The breakfast is soo good and the view from the property was amazing 😻 I really enjoyed everything about this place. And of course Luciella, the owner, was the best 🫶

In conclusion, I highly recommend this place. We had an absolutely wonderful time. During our honeymoon in the Dolomites, we considered several accommodations for our 2-night, 3-day stay and ultimately chose this one. On the check-in day, our plans were delayed, and with heavy rain, we arrived at almost 1 AM. Despite the late hour, the host greeted us warmly, for which we were very grateful. They even prepared a honeymoon service on the bed, which was truly touching. You can tell that the host’s happy lifestyle is reflected in the accommodation. The room quality was excellent. The newly renovated features, combined with a cozy, home-like atmosphere, made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and high-quality, and the room stayed pleasantly warm, which made us very happy. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful view and a simple, homemade breakfast. It was an honor to be the first Korean guests to stay here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Lovely rooms and bathroom (modern but traditional, cozy and warm) and the host was the best! We could check in later, the road until was perfect, the house was easy to find, breakfast was delicious and generous (from sweet to savory), comfortable bed and it was just like in the pictures (the view from the balcony was awesome). Definitely would recommend!
