Great location. Very friendly communication. Even though the room is directly on the main street which can get loud in the evening, we did not hear a thing in the room, very good isolated. The owner gave us helpful information about where to park and was very friendly to us.

The fan in the bathroom was too loud and we couldn’t turn on the light separately.

We had a little trouble getting in the wooden door but after that with the keys it was fine.

Hard beds

Great location. Easy walk from railway station and to bus station - plenty of restaurants nearby with a gorgeous shopping street nearby. Loved Agrigento… easy place to holiday.

Just the tiny bit of step at the entrance and the steps but doesnt affect our overall stay of 1 night there. Left our pushchair downstairs.

Very small shower, and 65 stairs to get up to the room. I like to sleep with the windows open - you hear everything - bands, people, etc until the early hours of the morning, from all up and down the street.

The location was on the Main Street, so close to everything. Paid parking was a short 5 minutes away.

There was a communication issue with the owner (who didn’t speak English) and a problem with the air-conditioning, which wasn’t functional. The staff attempted a repair that seemed successful at first, but the issue persisted. Even if this was an exceptional case, I would have expected a room change with functional air-conditioning.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds, and the staff is very kind.

Several flights of stairs makes it difficult if you have heavy suitcases. However, we were helped with the bags.

Nice room on a touristy shopping Street. But quiet at night, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. They had breakfast that you could order separately. Parking was nearby.

This hotel is on main street. It takes 7 minutes from bus station by walk. Hotel staff delivered my suitcase from grand floor to reception of 1st floor. They have Japanese very kind mind.

I loved Il Conte's central location. The host is affable and kind. Having a private bathroom is extremely important to me that's why I chose this place. It has some beautiful views over the sea.

Having to pay for breakfast at a 'bnb'. But this is a minor point in an otherwise brilliant stay.

A brilliant location with excellent food options and the stazione very close Buses to the temples were nearby and an excellent cafe. The room and the bed were comfortable and good hot shower. Our room had a balconey as well. Recommended.

It's a 'ghost hotel' (where you press numbers to be let in , find the Key box to retrieve the Room Key. Stairs with no safety handrail. No lift (tugging the suitcase up those flight of stairs).

Another 'ghost hotel' (where you let your self into the premises, find the key box & enter a Code (sent by text) to open it to retrieve the Room Key. The location was good.
