I did not have a problem with this but there are alot of stairs so be mindful if you are impaired at all.

The room is very nice and spacious enough for 2. The balcony was great for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. Everything was clean and the daily housekeeping was appreciated. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main square and about 20-25 to the beach. The breakfast is simple but delicious consisting of pastry’s and some meat and cheese. Coffee and tea are also available. The owner was so helpful and kind I would highly recommend this stay.

Bed was a little too hard and only one pillow each. Keys were tricky for the doors. Be aware of many flights of stairs to get up with luggage so if you have mobility issues not for you. In saying that Angelo was kind enough to help me with my case and we did book knowing there were stairs.

The location was perfect to be a short walk to Centre of Sorrento so not too loud. Air con was a relief and the balcony awesome. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery and plates and could make lunches etc. brekkie food also. Angelo was lovely also.

The main problem was that the apartments are on the last floor and there was no elevator, and the stairs are high, so it is difficult to climb with suitcases. The linen and towels need renovation.

The stuff was nice. The location was convenient and very near to historical center. The room was big enough and clean. There was a kitchen zone with 24 hour access to coffee, tea and some small snacks.

We only had cold water in our room for one day (no warm or hot) which made taking a shower impossible. We discovered this when we got back to the room in the late evening. Communication was a bit of a problem. We are English speakers but speak a little Italian. No response to some messages. Breakfast is at 8, but we had plans that required us to start our day earlier than that. Obtaining hot water to prepare decaffeinated hot beverages outside of those hours a little challenging.

Everything is very old. The chairs on the balcony were broken. The towels were so old that you can’t identify the color. Everything was cleaned, but the sheets had those old stains that don't come out when you wash them. The fridge was very loud. If they would invest some money it could be a sweet place to stay.

The accommodation is very quite but central located. It’s a pretty old building. The room was the biggest I ever had and the view from the balconies were very beautiful. The host was polite.

The bed/pillows were hard. The electricity was doing that high pitch sound the whole stay, so if that bothers you, consider that. No elevator.

Loved the location and the people run it are fantastic! Really lovely views and close to the city centre while also being a quiet area! The aircon was great and they give you a bottle opener in the room! Big bathroom for Italy as well!

There were 3 double flights of stairs and for us females it just made it a bit difficult because we had heavy suitcases and they didn’t have a lift. But Angelo helped us carry all the way up. The location was ok but still a 10 minute walk to the main square.

The room was very clean and had A balcony with a lovely view. Shower gel was provided and our bed was made every day which was so nice. The breakfast was included and had healthy options such as whole meal bread and cereal, not just pastries which was appreciated. Also we requested gluten free breakfast for my daughter who is coeliac and the provided many options which was so nice of them. They were also so accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day after checking out.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Italy. The room was fantastic — extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the summer heat. One of my favorite parts was the gorgeous balcony, where I sat each morning enjoying breakfast and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the host, Angelo, was fantastic — fresh, generous, and delicious. But what really made the stay special was Angelo himself. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. Even before I arrived, he helped me figure out the best bus company to book from Naples Airport, which made getting there smooth and stress-free. During my stay, Angelo was always available via WhatsApp and responded quickly to any questions — even at 10pm when I couldn’t figure out the bathroom sink plug! I also asked about the Sant’Anna fireworks, and he confirmed all the details so I wouldn’t miss them. He went above and beyond at every stage. The location was ideal — just a 5-minute walk to the lively city centre, but tucked away far enough to enjoy quiet and calm both day and night. There’s a shared kitchenette/breakfast space available to use throughout the day with everything you might need: tea, coffee, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. Plus, my room had a mini bar fridge, which was great for storing snacks and drinks. This place was everything I needed and more — peaceful, convenient, comfortable, and hosted with genuine care. Angelo is a wonderful host, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
