Basic, but neat and clean apartment in a great location. Only a few meters from the sea and 10-15 minutes walk to old town. Place to safely park the car, and a complementary Italian breakfast at cafe nearby.

The apartment lacks comfortable chairs and/or sofas to relax. The hard plastic furnitures inside the apartment and on the terrace were not comfortable. The bikes are a nice gesture but they sorely need some maintenance - especially one of the bikes. It’s in a residential area, so a bit noisy. Also, could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and they also seemed to be moving furnitures a lot.. (scraping the floor) .

The apartment was perfect, extremely clean and modern. Daniela and Rocco were super helpful with providing local recommendations and tips and communicated actively throughout the trip. The breakfast was very good in the bar nearby. They also provided us with bicycles. We loved the terrace. We were allowed to park our motorcycles in the garage. This was possibly our favorite Booking.com experience ever. We had the best time! Stay here, you will not regret it!

Everything was perfect!

The location was great, within walking distance to the center. The facility provided bicycles, for our pleasure, this made the getting around quicker. The bed was comfortable, although the kitchen was well equipped we rarely used it. The host provided water and juice packs and coffee pods for us. Easy to find parking on the street within 100 meters. Daniela and Rocco we exceptional host.

I unfortunately, while taking a shower, had the water temperature change to cold. The hot water did eventually come back. This did not happen to my wife when she was showering. I mentioned it to the host who immediately was sending her husband to look into it, I told her to forget about it as this was only a minor inconvenience to me.

Our hosts were amazing, checking on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with many staples such as oil, vinegar, spices, etc. and a lovely set of dinnerware. The shower was great but took a bit of time to warm up.

We were surprised it was a basement suite, as the advertised photos made it seem like it was the suite above. There was no sunshine in the suite only a couple of hours on the patio in the afternoon. This I’m sure would be great mid summer when is hot! The “sofa” in the living room was not very comfortable and it was a bit too chill to use the patio in the evenings.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The host (Rocco) is very welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay. Within a 10 minute walk, we could reach the center of Polignano a mare, which in itself is a great little town with amazing views of the Adriatic sea, and amazing restaurants too. Easy parking nearby, and breakfast was very nice too!

The apartment is new, very nice, super clean and it has everything you need. The location is perfect - easy walk to the town centre and a beach. Special thanks to our kind and helpful host - we had a beautiful stay in your apartment! Highly recommended♥️
