This place was so clean I think they had a cleaning fairy because they cleaned up in between each meal, shower ect. The place was sparkling!

You need transportation to go anywhere but the host gave us rides to the old town and train station picking us up and dropping us off for free (we gave her money but she tried to refuse) she was so sweet.

What a wonderful place to stay. So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful, spacious room with an equally large bathroom with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast every morning was plentiful filled with delicious pastries. Wonderful views of Sinalunga. Aurora was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I adored our stay here.

"We had a delightful stay at Il Pozza accommodation in Sinalunga. Its central location made it the perfect base for exploring the picturesque town of San Gimignano, as well as other charming spots like Pirenza nearby. The family were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. One of the highlights was the breakfasts, prepared fresh daily—truly a wonderful way to start the day. I would definitely recommend Il Pozza for anyone looking to enjoy Tuscany comfortably and conveniently."

The breakfast was fresh every day with multiple options. All the amenities we needed. The host and family were so friendly and accommodating. It was nice to be on a farm where we got to see them harvesting olives! They also had a very sweet dog which was a bonus! So wonderful!

I can’t think of anything that could have made it better. One thing to be aware of is that if you are wanting to get around the city it is best to have a car, but driving in Italy can be a bit tense if you aren’t used to it. I really can’t think of anything else we needed.

Aurora and her mother were very welcoming and took very good care of me. Everywhere was spotless. There was a plentiful delicious breakfast. I thoroughly recommend Il Pozzo.

The location is perfect to visit the historical cities and the breath taking surroundings of Tuscany. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean (!)you will easily feel at home. Breakfast more than enough with freshly baked cake and cookies by Aurora's mama. The view from the house is simply amazing. Aurora patiently waited for us till almost midnight to check-in. Thank you.

Super nice B&B! The hosts will go above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need to discover the area. It's ideally situated 5min away from very good restaurants. The bedroom is big and comfortable. You will have access to the kitchen and all the amenities you can need. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

Everything! This bed & breakfast is family run and Aurora and her parents couldn’t have been better hosts! So nice and willing to help with everything from picking me up at the train station and helping me out with a little hiccup during my stay. Honestly the sweetest people ever. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything. Outside is just stunning Tuscan countryside whilst still being super close to the town centre. Absolutely loved my stay and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Aurora and her parents are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptionally clean. The house is located in a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet countryside, yet everything is close-markets, shops, and restaurants. Sinalunga is a great place, in the heart of Tuscany. Wherever you want to go in Tuscany it's there a 20-50 min drive by car.

We would gladly stay here again. Sinalunga was a great central location to visit Tuscany. Aurora and her mom were very helpful and breakfast was always ready as promised.

This was magical stay - very peaceful, location was wonderful, building with historical vibe and details, retro accents - all was sparkling clean and the owners very caring and nice! Cute and delicious breakfast! We also were visiting Sinalunga market - so cute and local! Bought fruits and some pastries - no any fancy vibes and that was wonderful! Very authentic stay! And all for such affordable price - perfect! :)

Very authentic location surrounded by quiet nature, view on Sinalunga amazing. Super kind owners, willing to help in every regard. Lovely garden, tasty breakfast and spacious room! Could not ask for more.

It was not clearly stated how many other guest would be staying and that the kitchen is fully shared. However, this was not a problem at all.

The breakfast was so cute with a variety to choose from, especially the daily fresh croissants and the magnificent view of Tuscany to look out to. The whole place was so quaint and beautiful with it’s surroundings of greenery. Location is also a 5 minute drive to the grocery store.
