The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable — it was a pleasure to stay there. It was spacious enough and had everything I needed. Antonio was a very hospitable and attentive host. He provided all the necessary information before check-in and was always available to answer any questions during my stay.

The terrace sea view is amazing, we will never bored stay in the room, the location is perfect , easy to get to the city by bus, very convenient shop in few minutes away to get food and drinks, overall the property is good choices for us, we are highly recommend!

Everything was amazing

Antonio is a fantastic host. He welcomed us at the property and showed how everything works, shared a guide with tips about the activities and restaurants in the area. The place is absolutely beautiful: amazing terrace view, super clean and extremely well decorated. Super convenient location and is at the nicest part of Poetto beach. Super easy to get to Cagliari centre by bus as the stop is 2 min walk away. Would absolutely stay again!

You can sunbathe in the veranda without having to leave the room especially on windy days when the sand will go in your mouth

Antonio is a super host helping us with all his recs and renting surf boards and bikes which match our way to spend the holidays! Room is very clean, terrace is amazing, just in front of the beach. Cool restaurants close by as well as spar supermarket. very cool time in Poetto!

Amazing stay! The place was perfect for us, close to everything, clean, the room very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and great shower. The balcony with the view is brilliant, you can see the sunrise from the bed😊 or you can lye on the sunbeds / sit and enjoy a coffee with a stunning view! The hospitality from the owner was one of the best I've seen in my travelling so far! Very kind and helpful with useful informations, easy to communicate and will go above to make you feel welcomed! The location on the beach front is perfect. The host greets you shows room and facilitates and gives tips on the area. The ensuite room was very spacious and comfortable. The added bonus was the large balcony with day bed , loungers and chairs.

One very small thing, it would have been nice to have two small plates in the room to eat breakfast on but other than that no complaints

Lovely apartment right next to the beach, close to a supermarket and bus stop to get into the city. A big balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs to eat breakfast on. Antonio the host was very helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He even recommended places in Pula for us to try as we were heading there next. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse

Antonio is really helpful host, giving us a lot of information about things to do, places to visit, restaurants etc. The room had fantastic rooftop terrace with beautiful view of the bay. Free public parking next to the studio.

everything was great. the only thing to mention (and the owner mentioned that) is that it’s like one appartment with few rooms. but all rooms are independent and have their own facilities, so it really doesn’t bother. maybe you just can hear a bit when people are in the corridor. the only big regret was to leave 😁

Perfect location just 1 min from the beach, very nice rooms and balcony is amazing. it also has very beautiful view. The owner is also very welcoming and always helpful, also very honest.
