I was a little hesitant at first because there was not physical contact with the management, other than telephonically. But then everything went smooth.

It was only a little bit difficult to find a place to park but we arrived late at night so probably because of that

I got help in everything I needed. The room was beautiful and very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Everythin was like on the pictures. The whole place was beautiful and the breakfast was also excellent.

Room is very cozy with the balcony and the blinds. Everything is very clean, staff is friendly and caring. Mattress is amazing!

The breakfast is mainly consisting of prepacked food.

I really liked B&B Soffione. The place was clean it almost felt like being in a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and we could easily cook there. Parking was easy to find in newrby streets. The bathroom was modern and the shower was really big. The bed was really big. The room was spacious and in a quiet area of the city. The location is great to travel around.

At first we made a mistake in the self check in and entered in the wrong room (ours was the “green” and not “grey”), but it seemed to have all the characteristics we booked. However, when the other guest arrived and we went to the correct room, it was not at all what we expected: the bathroom was external and quite far from the room. The shower was clogged. Moreover, we booked a room with an “extra-large double bed” which was two single beds put together… The host wasn’t very helpful on the phone and said she “didn’t speak English very well”. The worst was that we were woken up at 9 am with a staff member opening the door to our bedroom without even knocking!! The breakfast was not good (pictures) - awful coffee, and only packed snacks (cakes, croissants and simple toasts).. no fresh bread, no cheese or butter.. :/ Very disappointing !!

The breakfast could be more various, but I'm satisfied with this as well. The communication would be easier if the host could translate their messages before sending, but we managed to communicate and that's the most important.

The accomodation was nice, breakfast was okay too. It's prepacked breads/baked goods, jam, butter, nutella, coffee. The B&B is approx. 12-15 min walk from the city centre, 25-30 from the train station, quite in a good neighbourhood. The communication with the host was quick and smooth, although they spoke only Italian. They even offered a b etter rooms for us, which was really nice. The room is clean, the AC is working, the bed is comfortable. The room is not big, but if you just want to spend the nights there, it's perfect.

1. No bed available for a kid of 4 yrs old. For our kid aged of 4yo, the additional bed available was too small (good for a baby of 1,5yr max. but not 4yrs). Fortunately, our bed was big enough to sleep all together! We did not even requested anything else because the check-in was online so there was no physical point of contact to request. 2. Breakfast. The breakfast offered was made of industrial products. Disappointing as we were expecting at least fresh bread! They explained us that, due to regulation, everything might be packaged and single-serve… anyway, guests can still bring products bought outside but it is not expected when breakfast is included in the price… 3. A old woman suddenly appeared in the apartment, not speaking English, only speaking Italian. She started to speak with us, we did not understand at all… very strange. Then at the end of our stay, we understood she was the mother of the owner, she was in charge of checking everything was OK and to receive the mandatory town tax. At a first sight, not very comfortable to see a unknown people in a private space… we have not been informed previously 4. Cameras in the apartment… very weird…

The size / quality of bed was very good! Everything is modern and clean
