Aw others have said, the outside of the building is unappealing, but as soon as you step into the B&B it's like you have entered another world, bright, airy, modern and spotlessly clean.

Communication with the host was excellent. Room was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Room was cleaned every day, with the option of fresh towels and sheets every day. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station, and also into town.

It had everything you need: a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, a balcony, and it was also spacious enough. Since I was a solo traveler, the staff helped me with advice on how to get around the surrounding destinations and beaches. It's a 5-minute walk to the center as well as to the train station, so you can get anywhere.

Very clean property and close to the city center (about 5 minutes walking distance), to the train station (about 5 minutes walking distance) and to the beach. With your permission, the room is being cleaned each day in the morning so each day will be the same as the first when it comes to cleanliness. The host, also, accommodated to our requests - checked in almost at midnight, organized a private transfer from Lamezia Terme Airport to the location, we were provided with beach towels, umbrella for the beach. Thank you for our smooth staying in Tropea and we would return here again if we are to visit Tropea again!

Close to station. If you have a car then you should find parking. 5 mins from town centre and 15 to beach. Francesca and Manuela were very friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Building entrance not the nicest however this was not too important as inside was great. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot make a comment on that.

Large, very comfortable and clean room located close to the train station and not too far away from the centre / old town of Tropea. Great shower room with 2 sinks. Hostess was easy to contact and very nice to deal with.

The only thing I would say was the walls are very thin so could definitely hear everything happening around which woke me up a few times

Staff here were amazing and super nice, on arrival the whole place was extremely clean and tidy including the room. Location was great and was only a short walk into town and the beach, great food around too. Aircon and wifi worked great and even had a balcony which was had a small view of the sea.

I loved my room, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities! The place looks brand new and modern! It’s in walking distance from Tropea center, beach and train station. The breakfast was very generous and the stuff super friendly and polite! Totally recommend it!

Unfortunately the building and entrance from the outside is rather run down, but don’t let that put you off. Inside it is spectacular.

Everything was brand new and very modern. The room was spotless and I loved having tea making facilities that you don’t find in many B&Bs. The room was large and the air conditioning brilliant. The owner was really thoughtful and helpful.

This B&B was great! Very nice and modern room with confortable bed (and AC was good, too). Housekeeping is provided daily and each day the room was like new! We stayed 5 nights. The receptionist was very friendly ad helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed it in our balcony. Railway station was very near (5-10 min. walk). Thank you very much!

breakfast? dinner? didn't get anything. Only got into my room after a flight because another person saw me on the street that was staying in one of the rooms. I don't know why meals were charged an additional fee when they don't even have a kitchen for cooking. I did not eat any of their food. There are 20 solid restaurants in walking distance. Lower your price.

Close to the train station. Mostly quiet. If you like garbage there was a lot immediately outside.
