We stayed one night before our flight home. Very clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and reasonable priced. Walking distance to restaurants. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful with recommending a GF pizza restaurant (fantastic pizza) and she arranged transportation for us to the airport. Location to the airport approximately 10-15 mins.

We stayed for an evening in Ketty’s place before our early flight home, and it was a quick 5-10 minute drive from the airport. She even booked us a taxi ahead of time and gave us a fabulous dinner recommendation for our las night in Italy. The room was nice and clean, and Ketty was very warm and hospitable.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very welcoming and comfortable. Safe and secure. Ketty is wonderful, friendly, feels like family, greeting on arrival, handy tips for travel, great variety of food for breakfast. Clean, comfortable and only 10 mins from the airport. Highly recommend.

Nice and spacious and well organised and so pleasant to wake up to and sit in the courtyard and right across the road was the drop dead best Italian restaurant!

Best stay in Fiumincino!

What a lovely place to end my trip to Italy! Ketty is a warm, welcoming, very helpful, efficient host who provided everything I needed. B&B L’Ulivo is charming, brand new and spotlessly clean. Even nicer than the photos! It was surrounded by blooming jasmine so even smelled divine. Bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet and worked well and the bathroom spacious and functional. There is a restaurant on the corner and a supermarket a few blocks away. I will certainly stay again on my next trip to Rome and highly recommend it.

The owner, Ketty, was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful with information on how to get to the property, sent a bus schedule and proposed she will wait for us at the bus stop so we will know when to get off. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood, it is so well designed and the place smelled so good! The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place was clean and tidy. Across the street is a great restaurant with great prices and food, we will most definitely be back here next time we are in Rome, the best place to stay if you have an early flight as it’s less than 10 minutes away from the airport (yet you don’t hear the takeoffs and landings). Thank you so much Ketty!

the owner Katy is a charming woman. i got full support from her in everything. transfer to/from the airport, to shopping. we planned my weekend together. i got a lot of really useful tips from her that helped me save both time and money. the house is half an hour by train from Rome. also ,opposite the house there is a wonderful tratory where locals eat. i had great pleasure to dine there. the house is very clean, has all the amenities, beautiful courtyard. i will be happy to come back again at the first opportunity. Katy, thank you very much for your hospitality, support, care, attention and kind attitude. you are a wonderful woman!

Ketty was a fabulous host-greeting us, showing us around, and providing recommendations for a grocery store, laundromat, and a restaurant. She went above and beyond! The entire B and B property was spotless, the grounds and landscaping were lovely, and close to the airport. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and coffee/tea and water were provided. Breakfast was yummy with many options. I would definitely would stay there again! Thank you Ketty!
