We stayed one night before our flight home. Very clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and reasonable priced. Walking distance to restaurants. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful with recommending a GF pizza restaurant (fantastic pizza) and she arranged transportation for us to the airport. Location to the airport approximately 10-15 mins.

Very nice and cute hotel. Owner Catty is amazing lady and very helpful. Italian breakfast and coffee were super tasty! Fully recommend this hotel for accommodation and connection flights.

Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spotless and had a convenient attached bathroom. It was also very close to Fiumicino Airport, which made my early morning departure stress-free. The host was absolutely marvelous—very helpful and accommodating. Even though breakfast was scheduled for 7:15 am, and I had to leave at 6:45 am, she made sure I was taken care of and even showed me around. The place was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near Fiumicino Airport! But I don't recommend the trattoria across the street. The food was not great, and I had some issues with the service, like not getting an itemized bill.

We stayed for an evening in Ketty’s place before our early flight home, and it was a quick 5-10 minute drive from the airport. She even booked us a taxi ahead of time and gave us a fabulous dinner recommendation for our las night in Italy. The room was nice and clean, and Ketty was very warm and hospitable.

Ketty was extremely hospitable, making me feel at home in the B&B when I arrived, recommending some local restaurants which were great. The house was extremely comfortable and quiet, and there was a great selection for breakfast!

Great little B&B so close to the airport. Ketty the host is amazing!! Understands traveling and was there to help on message instantly with directions for buses and time of arrival changes. Room was super nice and bed super comfy. It was better than most hotels in the area!!! Breakfast super for a quick turnaround to the airport the next day. Ketty’s Instructions for the bus saved a lot of money, the stop is so close to the property. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Quiet location within 3km of the airport, exceptionally clean and comfortable, the host is amazing and breakfast is delicious! Will be back next time I pass Rome.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very welcoming and comfortable. Safe and secure. Ketty is wonderful, friendly, feels like family, greeting on arrival, handy tips for travel, great variety of food for breakfast. Clean, comfortable and only 10 mins from the airport. Highly recommend.
