I called and requested an iron and ironing board to iron for clothes to wear the same evening. Eventually after waiting 20 minutes I went to collect from reception, when plugged in it didn’t fit the socket..had to wait again for someone to come with an adapter. When I called to let the the receptionist know the iron wasn’t working, she was very dismissive and rude sadly.

The location and property was amazing. The room was clean and it felt like we were staying on a film set.

We arrived after a day traveling in the area and unfortunately the spa was closing very shortly and now regret we didn’t take their offer to go quickly that evening and longer the next day… because it was very enjoyable. Next time I will check when they are open in the evening.

We stayed in a B&B room of the restored building, which is just opposite to the new main hotel building (where the reception is located). We loved the setting of this restored building. Our large window overlooked the thermal bath square. The lovely garden at the backyard with some comfortable seating is a good place to spend an afternoon. Room is spacious and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Delicious breakfast was served in the new main building. Coffee is good.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room wasn't quite ready when we got there, so they provided us with welcome drinks and tapas in the restaurant while we waited. I also LOVED the square right behind the hotel with several great restaurant options to choose from. They also had a great breakfast in the morning with fresh honeycomb to put in your yogurt, tasty pastries, and scrambled eggs.

We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite in a villa. There are two suits in the villa, which has its own garden, which is magnificent. The villa is very romantic. The quality of the food served for breakfest exceeded our expectations.

I wished it was clearer if the spa was included in the price or not.

The location is wonderful in a small Tuscan town that was not too crowded and had a relaxing vibe. There was a craft market on Saturday afternoon which was unique and beautiful. Loved the spa and baths!

Stayed in a B&B room just opposite, but still part of the main hotel. Our room was in an old building in the delightful spa settlement of Bagno Vignoni, and the spacious bedroom was attractively furnished, the bed really comfortable and the bed linen of great quality.

It's right next to the warm pools. They upgraded us to a room that looked over the large hot pool so we enjoyed the view day and night. The tiny stone town is beautiful and magical at night. We had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant and enjoyed the excellent breakfast as well.

Nothing not to like about the place.

Everything was superb. The receptionist Sabina so kindly upgraded us to the suite which was well appointed, spacious and had a gorgeous balcony. The location is beautiful in a medieval town with a hot spring with very scenic surroundings. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a range of breads, pastries, cheeses and cured meats.

Room overlooking the historic Terme. Room was clean, well organized with plenty of storage and a nice bag with robe, towel and flip flops for the spa. Coffee and tea selection in room. Not too crowded (we went in March so low season). Very relaxing soak and romantic town.
