The b&b is a little bit worn down. It was clean but there were ants in the kitchen. No a/c, the fans were noisy and with the windows open the traffic noise was very very loud, especially on the bedroom side

Apartment in independent house with a little garden. A few minutes drive from the famous Museum of Paleolithic. Parking on the street but at least in a reserved spot

Quiet, beautifully decorated and very clean. The extras like breakfast items, auto window shades for sleep comfort, and very friendly owners. He came to pick us up from the train station as a courtesy! Close to many restaurants and walking distance to the Piazza shopping and grocery mall. HIGHLY recommend!

.Quite difficult to find if you don't have GPS. Also owner didnt speak English so made it difficult upon check in. You can hear owners voices through the wall at night. Owners need to mow lawn and tidy front yard.

Very clean B&B. Lovely welcome from the host. Linen very nice. Also heating was very good as cold outside. Steak house in hotel europa is great and highly recommend 👌 good shower and pressure.

Little gripes include freezer ice box needs defrosting, kitchen basics like bread knife scissors,bottle opener and dishes brush wouldn't go a miss and lastly air con not up to much.. The bins- theres a small one under the sink which all food / plastics can go in but keep glass separate. There's a bigger bin just outside the front door which you can put your rubbish bag in and the neighbour will take it out when required, very handy.

Gianluca picked us up from Isernia station and took us to the house , its location is perfect with a gated garden and close to local amenities, theres a supermarket about 100m to the left and bank, bars and cafes very close to the right.The walk into the centre takes about 20mins uphill! House was clean / basic but offered everything you really need . Gianluca was so friendly and with my pigeon Italian and google translate we worked things out just fine! Cash only payment on arrival, no receipt issued although I didn't ask for one and a picture of our passports was taken... Cant fault the place, no frills but location made up for any short comings. I went with two kids 13/15 and felt secure throughout and no noise issues to speak of.

On arrival the person who greeted us informed us the front door doesn't lock. Very unsettling. There appeared to be mould in the bathroom.

breakfast needs to be improved. We are in Italy, in a country very famous for its incredible food, so even a fresh croissant would be much appreciated. Packaged croissant/biscuits are not enough.

Very odd situation. We had no contact from the host. Arrived at the property and met by the host who explained some issue prohibited our stay and his phone broke so unable to communicate or manage our booking. He had arranged a stay at another property in town, lead us there and introduced us to the host. This property was very nice, clean, comfortable, and less cost than the original booking. No hard feelings to the booked host, I believe he did his best and saw to our needs, comfort, and value.

Booked in a hurry and I missed the fact it was not air conditioned. No AC in August in Italy is an amateur mistake on my part because I know better. The Queen bed was like sleeping on a board. Although clean, it needed minor repairs throughout. Nothing earth-shattering, just small things needing attention. The Garden is an unmowed lawn and unkept trees and weeds. So we were all miserable for one night….but we made due.

The residence was mostly clean.
