Owner was super helpful, friendly and welcoming

I highly recommend this place! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I had such a great night's sleep. The host was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything or offer useful tips. The location is perfect for traveling — everything is close and easy to reach. The atmosphere was so welcoming that I’d love to come back again. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at recently!

The room was great. The manager was very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast included.

Maybe some milk at the coffee station. But that is only a small problem.

Clean friendly efficient

At La Filigrana we were welcomed by excpetional hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and in general how well kept the property is. Very good and fast internet too which was very important as we had to work as well during our stay. Breakfast brought to us in our room. What else could you ask for?

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and convenient to the train station. Most comfortable bed we slept in while in Italy.

There weren’t very many convenient lunch or supper options, but the taxi stand is at the train station across the street.

It was very nice, clean and big. We had a beautiful terrace and a big room. The position was great bc right across the street was train station. And the owner was very nice and humble.

Nothing in particular, a bit of a trek into town, but then it was very convenient for the train station.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. As we arrived an hour before check-in, we found the place closed. When we gave him a call, the owner came within only a few minutes to show us in and even apologized for keeping us waiting! Room and private bathroom were clean and in great condition, aircon worked nicely. There is a small fridge where you can store some groceries or drinks. Breakfast is served in the room, in our case you could have also enjoyed it on the big private terrace. Very helpful: A big map of Fabriano on the wall indicates the routes and walking distance to the centro, which is about 10-15 minutes. Although located directly opposite the train station, there was no street noise in the room. As the carabinieri are also directly opposite of the B&B and you can park your car in front of the facility, you can feel completely safe ;-) From La Filigrana, it is only about a fifteen minute drive to Gola della Rossa, Grotte di Frasassi, Abbazia San Vittore alle Chiuse and the Tempio del Valadier, so a perfect starting point for great excursions.

The coffee corner where the host prepares coffee and breakfast trays is on the same floor as the three rooms. If someone would want to sleep in, which we didn't, they might feel disturbed by the noise. In the garden under our room, there is an outdoor dining area (restaurant or private facility, we didn't know) where there was a big reunion on Saturday night. We didn't care as we turned on the aircon and didn't open the windows, but again: If someone is sensitive to noise, they might feel a bit bothered by the noise till late at night.

The approved accommodation was a real surprise. very clean, with all amenities. In a nice part of the city. We slept great and will definitely go again.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, father and son, very nice people. Clean place, new beds and mattresses, we slept very well. Few km from the caves of Frasassi so very good location. I recommend it.

The BnB is opposite the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city centre. The room is super clean, soundproofed and the bed is comfortable. Omar (the owner) is super friendly and it's very nice talking with him (and he makes a very good cappuccino!) Very good breakfast and excellent homemade crostata!

Exceptionally kind and helpful host. Brought fresh on request breakfast to the room at exactly the time I needed it. Helped with bus times and local information. Room (and bathroom )with terrace were pristine, spacious and modern. Mattress very comfortable. Free water and coffee. Opposite station and short walk to old town. Genuinely excellent for price.
