The location was ideal - close enough to the center of town, but far enough away from the crowds (not that anything is very far away in Orvieto). Immaculately clean, spacious, and well furnished - modern, yet comfortable, decor.

I loved my stay in this very cute and spacious room that had a great location right in the center of town, but was quite peaceful. The whole place was spotless. It had a large bathroom and the shower was great. A/C worked well. I really enjoyed the private terrace surrounded by lots of greenery but with a lovely open view where I could spend the hot afternoons reading and watching the birds fly overhead. The bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the water and cookies in the room, and there is also a shared kitchen with a fridge and the ability to make coffee or tea. Nadia was so friendly and welcoming and helped me lug my heavy suitcase up the 10 steps to the entrance. She also provided a map highlighting the best things to see. Such a lovely and accommodating host, who always responded quickly and sent me helpful messages throughout my stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the funicular station, but there is a steady incline so it took me twice as long dragging all my heavy luggage. Going down was super easy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Charming Stay in a Great Location Affittacamere La Piazzetta was exactly what I was hoping for. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the town on foot, and everything I needed was close by. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel even more comfortable. My main criteria were all met: The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well each night. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water—always a plus. The WiFi was reliable and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting a bit of work done. If you're looking for a friendly, well-located place that covers all the essentials, I highly recommend this spot.

Everything! The location, the bedroom and bathroom were big, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated! We had a fabulous terrace, which was peaceful and very spacious! There was a kitchen where we could make drinks, store food etc - it had everything we needed. The host was lovely - caring, attentive and very polite. Our stay was perfect and if we visit Orvieto in the future, we would definitely stay here! In our opinion, we would have paid double what we paid for such a great experience, thank you!

Wonderful location in the heart of Orvieto. The property is on quiet side street within a short walk to any part of the town. The property is clean, well kept and comfortable. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily stay again.

Everything - location, helpful host, secure parking, wonderful village. Orvieto was a 2 night stay after 3 weeks in Slovenia and Tuscany and our exit to Rome airport - a recommendation from a friend and one of the highlights of the trip. Our host, Nadia, was extremely helpful, sorting out issues that we experienced bungling an autostrada toll booth. The room was lovely - clean spacious with access to shared kitchen facilities. Highly recommended - Orvieto, La Piazzeta and host Nadia.

We were really please to find Nadia's apartment in Orvieto! Nadia is a wonderful and caring host, we booked last minute and she was able to arrange for us to get in without her being there. The room was large and had a balcony away from the main street. Short walk to main attractions and places to eat. One of our favourite stays!
