Very clean. There is a shared terrace with a water dispenser (filtered water) and a drying rack for swimsuits. If you like sweet breakfast than it is a big variety for you. If you like salty breakfast than it is very limited choice.

1. One day, on the way to the shared drying rack, a couple of drops of water from a swimsuit fell on the tiled floor and the owner told me off. 2. Breakfast only one hour from 8:30 to 9:30, we skipped it twice as timing is inconvenient. 3. On checkout day, the owner refused to fill water in a small bottle from the terrace dispenser, saying “to drink only from the glasses” and commenting angry “this water is not to go.” After skipping two breakfasts, this could have been a simple gesture. In August heat, at €170 per night, it felt unfriendly and strange especially as water dispenser is using a tap water to filter. 4. Constant feeling of control and strict rules. It feels like the hosts are doing you a favor by letting you stay in the house, which is not the experience you expect from a B&B and when you pay for your stay.

Nice, clean and cozy place. Close to the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will book again in the future.

Amazing place, spacious room, big shared terrace, good location. Everything was sparkling clean. The owner is nice. Mountain View’s awesome, close to the beaches. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. So much to choose from.

The host was just the kindest! Everything was super clean and it feels very cozy to be there. Location is very good as well as long as you have a car (you can park there)

The rooms were very clean & the host „tried“ to help here & there.

It felt a bit like living at your (unliked) grandma. The host had to comment everything („don’t put your groceries there“, „use this way & not the other“…), which was very annoying. In addition to that, the host was just not at home when we wanted to check-in (although we agreed on 6pm check in after beach). We had to wait 40min & she was like „sorry, missed it“. Very weird No WiFi connection in the whole facility. After complaining she said it is normal in Italy. Very weird Breakfast was consistent of different (old) supermarket pastries which very couple of days old. All in all - wouldn’t recommend.

Unpleasant lady owner. We paid for the accommodation immediately upon arrival, but the next morning when we were leaving, she asked us to pay again. It's strange that she wouldn't remember, especially since she only manages three rooms...The walls were paper-thin; we could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring room. The owner couldn't speak a word of English, which is incomprehensible given that she runs accommodation. She should know at least a few basic words related to accommodation.

Our room was very nice and clean, with a large bathroom and an own entrance to the terrace where we could enjoy a great breakfast prepared by the host. The host is very nice, attentive, and communicative and makes sure everyone has a great stay and particularly breakfast.

It was on the road to North. Good location for explore arround. Also near the good beaches... in this period before season there wasn't a lot of people. The host madam was friendly. The house is clean. She prepare homemade jams...enough and good tasting food for breakfast. Nice quiet part of the vilage if you need to get good rest/sleep.

We didn't speak Italian so we couldn't talk with lady as we whish 🤔

The wonderful hostess. She will do her outmost to make you feel comfortable and enjoying your stay! The location is great and the view from terrace is very nice. You can access Budoni area easily.

Couldn’t find anything.

It is a family accomodation. Landlady is extremely nice. She will make you feel like at home. Friendly and helpful. My wife and me had dinner in the terrace, calm and nice views. She also woke up earlier and prepared the breakfast so that we could take it at 7am. Regarding the room and bathroom seem to have been recently renovated, were confortable.

It might be a bit expensive, although aligned with Cerdegna prices

We especially liked the hospitality of the lady who owns the place. She was very attentive. The place was clean and spacious.
