Everything was perfect.

We loved the location, the room, and the breakfast. We gave Pietro 30 minutes notice and he was there to greet us and make us a lovely breakfast at Bar Nives on the lake.

We had a wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The room was spotless and well-maintained – everything was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely come back!

The room was very stylish and comfortable. The host was lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was great.We were very happy with our stay near the beautiful lake.

We have been on in Europe a month visiting different towns, Pietro truly made our vacation!! There’s nothing that already hasn’t been said! Truly AMAZING stay!! I own/manage 30 rental properties in the United States and I was blown away by the level of hospitality, friendliness and genuine love for he and his family making our stay so special! The room seemed newly renovated and very clean. Comfortable beds, tasteful fittings and facilities. Host was very communicative and eager to please. Beautiful location with restaurants next door and 200m away. Perfect for short or long stay.

What a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The room was lovely, host was great! Would highly recommend.

Pietro, the host is an exceptional person ! He is very helpful and made it super easy throughout our one night stay. The accommodation which is situated by the lake is perfect with its surroundings and amenities ! The beds were comfortable and cleanliness top it all ! The food at the restaurant pizzeria opposite to our stay, and breakfast at Nives bar - owned by Pietro are top notch ! Dinner was super delicious !!! I think it was the one of the best from our 7 day stay in Italy. For sure we will re-visit Pietro in the near future and plan to stay more nights there. The place is amazing. Well done Pietro and keep it up ! until next time :)

Nothing which we did not like.

The accommodation was perfectly situated by the lake, extremely comfortable and with all the amenities you would require. The hosts are amazing people, and cannot do enough for you - highly recommend this accommodation.

Pietro was a marvelous host. The rooms were extremely clean and very tastefully done. The bed was super comfy.the location of the property was fabulous with great local amenities, the whole village seemed to welcome us. We could have stayed longer quite easily.

Nothing, it was all excellent

At first we booked b&b lanziani to see Maratea, but we amazed so much from the lake and the beautiful room that we didn't go to Maratea, instead we stayed to enjoy lake sirino and the beautiful room. The room was great!!! Really cozy and super clean. Pietro Lanziani was really helpful. The breakfast is also super!!!

Pietro was a wonderful host. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The surrounding area stunning. Great breakfast. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything was faultless

This was a true jewel, we appreciated the facility (lovely, clean, and unique), but above all the owner Pietro and his family are truly special hosts, making you feel at home. Every detail, from the exceptional breakfast to the tasteful decor is curated by people who care. Excellent in every possible respect.

The B&B is very nice, with a clean large room and bathroom, but what it makes really special is the host, Pietro. An amazing host that makes sure you will have a wonderful time there. Pietro is the host you would like to have at every B&B, attentive, informative, and respectful. The breakfast is served in a bar few meters away, providing classic Italian food with various sweets and cappuccinos. I am sure if you prefer a savory one, he will have it for you. Unfortunately we stayed only one night but I really hope to visit this area of Pollino again because it’s really beautiful, peaceful, and genuine.

Absolutely nothing!

It might be fair to say that Pietro and his family compete worldwide as the best hosts to ever exist. And might very likely win.

We loved our host Pietro who could not do enough for us. He really made sure we were welcomed and looked after. The room had all of the amenities required. From water to shampoo. We couldn’t ask for more.

Probably not what we expected. But fine for a quick stop over. The location was a bit quiet. But otherwise we could not fault it.
