Comfortable room with fridge and coffee making facilities

Despite name as Bed & Breakfast, there was no breakfast on site, the kitchen was tied off and cupboards locked. Our booking had confirmed breakfast for two nights, finally we were given vouchers to redeem at a cafe 1km away, and paid extra for the third night’s voucher. Not really a B & B.

Excellent location, quiet and easy to find. Great to have a small fridge and coffee making facilities in the room.

Advertised as B&B but kitchen roped & locked off, & no breakfast available. We eventually got 3€ tickets for restaurant 1km away when booking screenshot showed breakfast included. Plastic cups for coffee, got very hot and not pleasant.

It was located 100 metres from the beach. The restaurant by the beach was excellent.

The plastic glasses were not suitable for the coffee (too hot and made it feel unnecessary cheap) and the rope on the central area made us feel uncomfortable (like we were not allowed to be there).

The rooms were clean and well presented. The area is close to beach and restaurants. Its a ten minute drive to the temples . Parking was on the street but fine.

Rooms were on second floor and no lift.

The B&B was very nice, clean and tidy. The owners provided an abundant breakfast in the morning and then they cleaned your room like in a hotel. The apartment had a huge terrace with a wonderful view of the sea, which is 2 minutes walking. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had not seen there was no breakfast included, but plenty of options close by.

Small but nice room. Clean bathroom. Thematically furbished rooms. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Recommended restaurant was VERY good.

The "ocean view" was only visible if you lean out the window. Neighborhood seems somewhat "derelict" (abandoned construction sites, rubbish on the streets, potholes).

What we liked: flexibility in a check in as we arrived late, hosts sent to us instructions via whatsapp and we checked in ourselves.

E templi We booked the place because of it being close to the sea and the temples (20min by car) and because of the breakfast at the terrace. To be honest, we regretted we stayed there. We didn’t go to the closest beach but rather drove to more beautiful beaches around (40min). We also didn’t really feel cared for by the hosts. The whole apartment is equipped the way that you can tell they do it commercially and not because they are naturally great hosts (we have quite a lot of experience with B&B). We don’t mind simple furniture and a little space but as an example, there were no hangers in the bathroom to put your towels on (except for a weird barely usable construction screwed to the wall). I recommend putting a small hanger next to the sink at least. What we didn’t like: just before our arrival they notified us that they left a breakfast in the room (a croissant, bread, juice box, butter and marmalade) as they wouldn’t be here in the morning (due to holiday that day). The forbid us to use the kitchen. We didn’t even get a plate, so we had to eat over a napkin. By the time we left the room, the hosts were already at the house, busy with their stuff, didn’t care much about greeting us, just made sure to charge the tax. Cleaning was very high-level, the bed was made up in a sloppy way (see photo). We had no regrets for leaving this place.

I highly recommend this place - several minutes by car to the Valley of the Temples and close to the Turkish Steps. The rooms are beautiful and modern, breakfast on the terrace with exceptional sea views. The owner tolerated us after an hour of check-in.
