The breakfast was excellent. Freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil and prosciutto from their own orchard and land. Margarita, the owner, could not have been more helpful and made us feel so welcome.

The B&B is in an excellent location - a 10 minute walk from the centre but nice and quiet at night. The room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. Margrita was such a great host - we felt really well looked after and very welcome. We were up too early for breakfast both days that we stayed, but Margrita was up too and sent my wife and me off with a packed breakfast each (with gluten free alternatives for my wife). Such a lovely and unexpected touch. We only stayed 2 nights but this was by far our favourite accommodation during our 2 week trip to Italy.

We had a great stay at Mario Relais. Margrita provided a delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients from her garden and delicious croissants. She accommodated a takeaway breakfast when we had early starts for tours and provided great recommendations for tours and local restaurants. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being in a quieter location, with a short walk to the old town (10-15 mins) and Marina Grande beach (20 mins).

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can’t think of much to say here! The only thing we could wish for was for some greater variety in the breakfast offered over the course of a week long stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, from being greeted with a warm and friendly arrival to a daily homemade, breakfast that was of a very high quality (get the chocolate or pistachio croissant!. We thought the location was brilliant, being a short walk or off the busy part of town, you have easy access to some lovely local restaurants in the evening that aren’t as busy as in town.

Great breakfast, Amazing host, peaceful home. This place is fantastic! Short, easy walk to town, great restaurants just up the street, supermarket very close. Beautiful setting among orange and lemon trees. The host is an absolute delight! She greeted us with juice after a long day of travel and her breakfast offering is truly top notch. This is THE place to stay in Sorrento 🤗❤️

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed on a holiday!! It was so cozy and homely - especially because of the amazing home cooked breakfast every morning (fresh from the host’s garden!!). Our room was very clean and the location was excellent - a quiet area but very much walkable to all of the shops, stations, port etc. loved our time here and would definitely recommend!!

There is nothing we can add to the excellent reviews from other guests. The place is excellent; it's clear that it has been recently renovated and with good taste. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the center but not too noisy. It’s a pleasure to be welcomed by Margrita (and Bimba😍😍). In summary: if you are going to Sorrento, don’t think twice—stay at Mario Relais!!!

Margrita went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable here. She was so welcoming and friendly and always provided us with recommendations of where to visit, how to get there, nice restaurants etc. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. This cosy B&B is located just outside of Sorrento centre, making it the perfect place to stay as it is quieter and only a short walk to the centre. The breakfast was prepared freshly each morning with their own grown ingredients. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Margrita has been an amazing host! The place is really charming, cleanliness is 10/10, breakfast is fresh and delicious, served in the garden! Highly highly recommend! It’s been our very first time exploring the Amalfi coast and Margrita even gave us great recommendations away from the crowds and the overpriced restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Ps. The one con is that we should have stayed longer! :)))

Lovely welcome from our host, Margarita who looked after us very well during our stay . A short walk from the hustle and bustle of the town ;peaceful and quiet .The room was beautiful with some lovely arty touches . The breakfast was the best ! Freshly squeezed orange juice ( oranges from the garden), followed by very tasty ham , cheese and tomatoes from the garden - served outside . Thank you Margarita - it was lovely to meet you . We will be back and will recommend to others .
